Pros +
- Central location, staff, amenities.
- Excellent location and very friendly and professional staff. Wide variety of food at buffet breakfast. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.
- The staff was absolutely great... They were very accommodating, fast to deliver special requests, The staff in the main hotel was incredible.. However, We went to the restaurant/bar one night and had a very very disappointing experience.
Cons -
- Our room could use more soundproofing due to the room being right under the upstairs night club. Both the live band & dancers could be heard by us.
- Our bathroom had a clogged sink. Once maintenance fixed it there was a small flood on our floor near our bed causing bad smell for a night. Breakfast buffet had cold eggs
- Can have more convenient stores nearby. You'll have to walk quite a distance for other alternatives to the 7-11 store.

Your staff exceeded all expectations, they were courteous, friendly, accommodating and assisted me in printing documents which I needed for a task.Anne, Chris and Evy and also the doormen who always assisted any hour of the day. They are the Winners!!!
Towels showed signs of aging
The staff, the cleanliness of the place, most important the food
I also stayed here before and I can really say that they really maintain the cleanliness of the place… The staff is also friendly and the breakfast is good…I might return soon
For the price…they do not have a swimming pool… well I do not really swim
Clean, good location, excellent customer service.
All good.
Customer service was excellent! All the staff were friendly and accommodating! They are the hotel’s best asset, in my opinion.
The room was dark, not enough lighting. The lamp on the desk was too big. It was also difficult to adjust or turn off. There was hot water in the shower of some rooms but none in the other rooms.
The friendly and accommodating staffThe refillable water bottles
Rooms need more light, no hot water in the bathroom
The breakfast was superb, it offered local choices like DIY Batchoy. I also love the location, it’s near all the places you would want to go to.
The property was small, I hope they expand and offer more in the future.
The breakfast area is crowded and the food is not that great.
The room is dirty and the linens looks old and it smells. The bathroom shower water doesn’t drain well.
Friendly and helpful employees, great location, nice facilities and good breakfast selection
Non
Breakfast was great but wish there were more vegan/ vegetarian options.
I was happy with our room except for I had to call the house keeping to fill our shower gel bottle cuz it was empty and to bring a roll of bathroom tissue cuz we ran out. These essentials should have been checked by housekeeping when they came to clean.
