Very big room, nice swimming pool overlooking the city

Location is across our Concentrix office and rooms are good sized. Breakfast was good and restaurant food and service is excellent. We also enjoyed daily breakfast in the bar area where it was more peaceful and we could have conversations
At least 5-6 times we tried calling the reception, housekeeping or even the operator from the room and our calls were NEVER answered no matter what time of the day. We felt ingnored once we were in the rooms. Considering we booked 3 rooms this experience has been awful. Also my room 602 was not cleaned on Nov 29 so my towels were not changed, my bed was not made etc. And again no one was answering the phone when I tried calling
Almost everything about the place was exceptional. Check-in was smooth, staff was friendly, and the amenities were abundant.
No option to pay online; you've gotta pay at the hotel. Then there was the price point. Over ₱4,000 per night? ?Sheesh!Not sure why but the power was cut in our room the day we were supposed to check-out. Dunno if it was a coincidence or intentional.??♂️

Loved our stay here. I checked in for a few days before my flight. I was able to rest up before my long flight back to NYC. It's also right next to the mall and many restaurants around festive.

IMissed those staff the last time I stayed January 2025! Only few still there , some new faces. Those staff maintained the goal of a great customer service . I have short stay only wished I can stay long but I have to go back to work ?
The location is perfect,the staff are super alert and helpful plus the place is well kept.
The rooms are good size,the staff are excellent. The location is great.
The towels, pillows and furniture are kind of old but clean. Toilet papers are small.Menus at the breakfast buffet are salty and kind of dry.
