Respectful and very helpful staff. Clean facilities. Very accessible including food deliveries. Secure hotel with staff and guards all the time.
Location was good. Parking space provided. Guard on duty 24/7.
Front desk was rigid. Did not accommodate us in our room even if it was just 5 mins to check in time. Aircon in room 12 must be repaired or maintained. It does not emit cool air after a couple of hours. Towels were not replaced.
The location is walking distance to Robinson Plaza. The price was great for a same day, last minute booking. The room was basic and clean. I found the photos are similar other then bedding.
Flat screen was not HDMI capable. The comfort on the bed is more military style. DON'T expect a bang look or amenieties.
Nice big basic room with all comfort needed, 2min walk distance from Robinson's mall and the main road with easy access to many differnet transport to go around.

Room matched my expectations, since I read a lot of review online. Though it's old already, it's clean and still ideal to do your stay specially if you're alone and just need a room to stay at night.
Accomodating staff, security guard 24/7. they have an area for you to eat your outside foods (tables and chairs, water dispenser, mugs and cups available)
