The location of the hotel is near many notable food spots in Iloilo and is walking distance to the market and mall.

The facilities of the hotel is quite old.

only had enough hot water for about a 5 min shower, then you had to wait a couple of hours for more. very slow internet during the day. internet at night was un-usable.Hotel is next to industrial area, with a mix of poor residential housing. Very noisy starting around 6am.

Hotel experience for a very reasonable price. Room is spacious. Bed is big and soft. Pillow is of good hotel quality. Wifi is descent. The water dispensers at every floor is an advantage too. Ladies at the reception always willing to help, very accomodating and informative. We complained on our first night as the room was smelly and the toilet is stinky, immediately they transferred us to a better room. Hotel is located near talipapa but no palengke smell. Hotel is also close to Roberto's, Fort San Pedro and just few minutes away from SM Delgado.

We were charge 300 meal which is not clearly discussed clearly before our check in. We could have eaten outside if learn that our accoumodation do not include breakfast. I paid 9,000 for 15 pax for 2 days. The laundry of towels needs to be improved.

Family emergency caused us to only stay 2 of 7 booked days. We were charged the full price for 7 days. Never again will I ever book a room for more than 1 day. The location was the worst of any hotel I have ever seen. It did not appear safe to walk in vicinity of hotel.

The restaurent was basically room service only. Food quality and selection was poor.

Swimming pool, the cafe area, and the staffs are friendly and accomodating whenever we have concerns/requests.

The location because of the temporary public market in front of the hotel. Some of the water heater/kettle was not clean.

We could have a Wonderful view but marred by a water tank and rusty iron roof. No face cloth.There is a jug to boil water but no complementary teas,Coffee,and or choco to drink.Wifi very slow to not working at all.Over all it's still value for money.

The location was terrible as you step outside the hotel you had the slums to your right and out door market in front the smell was unbearable!!

the FOOD is nice. You can definitely order the PIZZAs, its so delicious! We booked for dinagyang so it's very near sa area of activities.

NO WORKING WIFI, NO TOILETRIES HANDED (eg. toothbrush, toothpaste). only towels. THE staff seems tired maybe because of dinagyang? naka simangot man pud

The pool made the stay somewhat okay.

The lavatory's drainage was not working and asked them to fix it, they came around 10PM to check and they said they'll just come back but no one came back until the receptionist called around 11AM tthe next day to ask if they can fix it. I refused because we'll be checking out 12nn. Also the bathrooms doorknob needs repair because it will locked you in/out. No bidet.

The staffs were accomodating and the hotel were clean.

I don't like the idea that they don't have complimentary bottled water even just a single round. Also, the location is far from latest establishments.

Spacious room for 3 adults. Location is near the public market. Its handy if you like to experience the local produce. Swimming pool is also a bonus.

PRO's- The rooms are big- We booked 4 rooms and in 1 room, we were allowed for an early check in- Right next to the public market; accessible to restaurants, supermarkets

CON's- There is an awful smell once you enter the room- There is a foul odor everytime I open the shower- There were no staff who assisted us in going to our rooms. We just carried all our luggages and backbacks while looking for our rooms.- The cover of the water pitcher is not cleaned/washed properly. Its too awful to use.- The glasses that we used were not changed for the following day.- I got allergy all over my skin that was too itchy when I had a night swim. I just didnt had a picture of my itchy skin since I was too busy scratchig it all over. Its good that we have an allergy medicine with us since we usually bring some because my son have an allergy with salt.- In booking.com, it mentioned that the room we booked allows 1 additional bed. I requested for 1 additional bed for each of the triple deluxe rooms but then I received a message from the property telling that it is not allowed to add for the rooms that we booked. I ended up booking 1 additional room which added in our expenses.

The rooms were nice and comfy--staffs were very nice. Though it was just an overnight stay, my family enjoyed the pool and beds.

The location was a bit..ummm... market outside the building is little unpleasant, the toilet doesn't have a bidet and the AC can't seem cool the whole room so my sons and I slept with out shirts off. But it was just an overnight stay. Maybe it was just too hot that time.?

Building is in dire need of renovations. Wifi signal only good downstairs in the lobby. Staff will try to scam you by claiming items (towels) are missing from the room, after some arguing they admitted nothing was missing.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is good and reasonably priced. With swimming pool. Rooms are big. With ref and free coffee. Near a market and mall. Affordable.

No free breakfast. No bidet. Toiletries very limited (no dental kit, extra soap). Aircon very inadequate. Have to fetch drinking water (no bottled water). Cable TV with limited channels and snowy. Swimming pool is dirty. No early check in.
