It was comfortable, both shower and bed especially!

I feel like it needs 1 or 2 more pillows! And towels needs to he cleaned!

The Toilet wasn't working properly, even after several flushes you could see yesterdays dinner ?.., also the cleaning service needs to be improved. They didn't swipe the floor and one time they forgot to give us towels. Wifi is not good enough for video calls.

The room was clean since the hotel is fairly new. The location is near restaurants and a block away from the main road with access to public transportation.

Its a fairly new hotel (opened in 2024) and nothing much! You're basically paying for a room with a bed. No amenities except for 2 drinking glasses! No toiletries! Not even a complimentary bottle of water. Apparently the walls are thin since you can actually hear people talking outside!

there are many good restos which are walking distance and is very convenient

lacks closet space for bags and luggages, by the way there are a couple of ants in the bedsheets

The location

The water supplies especially when your having shower the water suuply suddenly stop for 2 consecutive days. There is no slippers no toothpaste and toothbrush no bottled water.

No condiments like soap, shampoo, no toothbrush, no slippers: sound proofing of the room is not efficient:

My room could have been clean better there was a lot of dust on the window shade..Hair on the floor and found a hair in the bed.

Staff was amazing...so friendly and accomodating.

Room.has no window. The CR when cleaned evaporates the water in the room, making it smelly. The towels at my bed when I checked in smelled like dirty dog, later on I noticed is not that they were necesarily dirty but due to really bad ventilation, the bad smell from cleaning cr spread to all other things, making pee smell everywhere...so disgusting every day. Even small flyes on the CR... despite the staff clean when requested, they can only do so much if no proper ventilation

The location is the best! Quiet, near the attractions/food spots, easy to get transportation. The rooms are clean, simple and has all the basic needs. Free water (in public dispenser).

I stayed in Hop Inn Makati before and the amenities in Iloilo was not as complete. There were no dental kits, and the phone was outside the room near the elevator. But we always bring our own so it wasn't a big deal. It was just the phone that's a bit of a hassle to use because you have to go out of the room just to call.

CLEANLINESS is everything. Please maintain it. Love the water stations on our floor. Location is perfect and very accessible.

I encountered a not-so-friendly staff member during my first day. She was not rude, but she had an unpleasant expression, never smiled, and did not offer to help solve a minor issue about receiving something on my behalf at the concierge. Please coach them to be helpful and have a pleasant, neutral facial expression. Have a can-do attitude, especially when asked/needed.

we like that it has fast wifi conection , the place is clean the staff are welcoming , price is reasonable . But the room we stayed on is front of elevator and its a bit noisy esp if other guest are using the elevator

The tv are always having weak signal error time to time . This is our 6th time staying but were havung same issue on the tv . So partly we feel like ur expenses are not met
