Injap Tower Hotel

Staff was great-helpful and courteous!

A bit old-toilet bidet leaking, old towels and shower not functioning well.

Courtesy, promptness, professionalism, nice, well-lighted neighborhood, peaceful atmosphere, with microwave, refrigerator, cleanliness, shopping center, restaurants just walking distance, transportation accessibility

Nothing, if I come back, I¿ll chose it again- so impressed! Thank you!

Location, excellent customer service, cleanliness, and of course the ammenities.

I like the cleanliness, courtesy, and the amenities for the cost

I stayed at a variety of hotels in the philippine for about the same cost and sometime more and they did not offer what the Injap offered, so I cannot mention dislikes at the moment as the competitors is currently lacking

Near to a mall

Needs updating

no pets (we did not know this and were not allowed to bring our small breed puppy)

It’s value for money. I like the location because malls are only nearby and there are options for all modes of transportation. I also like how helpful all the staff are and attentive to our needs. I also especially appreciate how clean our room is and how out essentials are replenished every day of our stay.

Location. Clean facilities. Good and helpful staffs

The hotel is clean and comfortable, making the stay pleasant overall. The staff are attentive and helpful, which adds to a good guest experience.Breakfast is served buffet-style. While the selection is nothing special, it is free, which is a nice addition. There are three elevators in the building; however, only two were operational during my stay. As a result, waiting time for the elevator could take up to 10 minutes. The hotel has an excellent location within the business district, with most of what you need nearby.

Place is close to sm mall

Elevator noAC hot uncomfortable

Hotel is clean, staff is nice and friendly and sm city mall is just across the hotel very convenient.

Staff was excellent. The hotel was good except for a few plumbing problems with the shower (low water pressure), lavatory slightly clogged. The shower head and shower heater in our room (we hired two rooms) were changed, but the other room was not attended to. Shower pressure was low. Were it not for these, stay was excellent!

stated in above

Location

The bathroom was below standard, sink water dripping and the tap was loose, toilet flush worked only sometimes and you just felt unclean while in there

Quite and convenient Great viewClean and comfortable

Slow elevator Low water pressure

No wifi. Clogged toilets. Poor service.

The location was convenient and check-in was straightforward. The room was reasonably clean, and the basic amenities were available.

The property did not meet my expectations overall. The room condition was not as shown in the photos, and some facilities were either outdated or not working properly. Noise and comfort were also issues, which made the stay less enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location

So far everything is good

The rooms were comfortable

The smell of the lobby is not pleasant as well as the water at the shower. It smells bad when turned on. They did not refill the coffee, water, etc on the second day.

No where near the price u pay its cheap crappy no smart tv WiFi doesn’t work way to over priced could of got a nice condo cheaper

Everything

The location was right in front of SM Iloilo. We would just walk going to the mall to eat or shop. Also, below the hotel is a 7/11 and outside are street foods which gets busy at night.

The location was very convenient as it is in front of SM, plenty of choices for food and drinks and transportation is easy to hail or book
