Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo

Walkway to mall

Was not contacted back regarding return of deposit. Was not returned on checkout although receptionist made me wait until room was checked.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, great swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was fine but overpriced, and due to confusion staff demanded I pay twice for 1 breakfast.

staff was excellent

grout in the bathroom was yellowish. looks like it needs to be sanitized

location

none at all

Staff and location

Just the walkway to the SM.

Room was small, breakfast buffet scrambled eggs were cold ( not heated). Putting 2 small beds together.

Had a wonderful stay at Park Inn hotel near SM Mall. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent value and easy access to everything you need. Highly recommended!

Park Inn hotel is very close to SM Mall, which is convenient, but the heavy traffic in the area can be a bit challenging, especially during peak hours.

Location; amenities; breakfast buffet.

The staff were helpful and nice. The location is very accessible to the mall and the food in the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The bathroom was not that clean: the grout was orange and the towels were not bleached.

The location and staff

The shower room is leaking… every time someone showers … the water floods the entire bathroom

I like the hospitality of every employee of this hotel. I love the cleanliness and the facilities and also the bridge way to SM!

Location and staff very helpful

Room had issues that should be fixed when staff check it at changeover.

The hotel never disappoints — the rooms are spotless, comfortable and well-designed, and the entire team is warm, professional and incredibly helpful. The staff truly make the experience outstanding.A perfect stay from beginning to end. We will definitely return.

From the room to the hotel itself and especially the staff — everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is consistently amazing every single time we stay here.Always a pleasure to come back. Highly recommended! I came 2 times in my trip.

The foods are good and the place is very convenient especially near the mall

I booked superior room with king bed but when they arrived, they gave us twin bed. And they told my sister if you want to upgrade to have a king bed she need to pay. She really frustrated.

The location and staff were excellent. The room was cozy, perfect for a couple. The fact that you could keep the staff from entering your room was great. The proximity to the SM mall and the dedicated walkway from the hotel were also a big plus. I appreciated the fact that the hotel staff were vigilant about an approaching typhoon, which ended up passing our area. Overall, our stay was great.

My only gripe during our stay is that the walls in this hotel are very thin. There were several nights where we had rowdy neighbors and they interrupted our sleep time because of their rudeness. I had to call the front desk to alleviate the problem.

The place is just a 3 minute walk to SM IloIlo. It even has a connecting bridge to SM in case it rains. The bed is very comfortable given my back problem. Housekeeping cleans the room daily and changes our towels too given that it's not a 5 star hotel. Staff are very helpful and courteous too. Booking grab is also not a problem as the place is very accessible to public transportation like grab. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to IloIlo!!!

There's traffic going to the hotel especially on weekends since it is also on the way to SM parking. I guess we stayed there on a weekend payday sale which was the cause of the traffic but not really an issue for us. Provision for early check-in once there are available rooms.

Location and size of room

Water pressure was intermittent at best. In one shower, it was typical that water pressure would drop and no water was available. Also, the AC unit would turn on and off even though there was no brown out. It was disappointing

I choose to stay there because its right next to the mall. The staffs are friendly and I feel safe. Breakfast is excellent. The price is a little pricey I just hope that they will offer discount on regular guest like me who checked every time I visit Iloilo .
