Hotel Ciudad de Móstoles

The hotel is close from the highway and a shopping area. It has a big car park, and everything was fine with the room

- Great location, outside of the low emissions zone (ZBE) if your car doesn't have this sticker. - Great price and very comfortable room... Curious bathroom! Who would've thought of a shower in the middle of the floor... It did not diminish anything, but it did give it a curious touch- Very quiet

The location, and that the restaurant was closed.

The room and the facility overall are very nice and very clean.

It's locate in a zone that isn't very easy to move, you'll need a car.

The rooms were incredible and the beds were super confortable, the room had everything we needed to rest after a long road trip. Also the reception opened 24h is such a nice thing for travellers that are road tripping and need assistance at late hours

Very comfortable room, large, bright and clean. The location was perfect for our needs.

Good location for travel towards Portugal having flown in to Madrid late at night.

The room was very well cleaned, and the people had a nice attitude, willing to help you.

1. The bad location, it has not pedestrian access. I needed to go 12 min on foot to IMDEA Energy Institute, I could have walked all the time, but instead I had to called a taxi, because crossing the roundabout on foot is dengerous (I did it once, very scary)2. I was expecting to have a mini bar in the room, to avoid going downstairs to the vending machine

Nice and clean, parking and the staff friendly.

No mini bar in the room , no coffee maker or water heater .

Very expensive drinks and food in the bar.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice. The hotel is quite basic, but very clean and comfortable.

Bed was relatively small.

Very trendy room. Never seen a hotel room with a glass enclosed shower in the entrance area but I liked the quirkiness.

Could have had one more member of staff covering the restaurant and bar. All the staff seemed happy in their work though!

close to Mostoles and the hospital (hospital visit)

very loud neighbors, same loud guests constantly on loud phone speakers in breakfast room and lounge area.

Friendly staff; a very good train connection from the airport to the hotel. Supermarkets are closed to the hotel.

Unfortunately smelt my room like SMOKE and in the elevators smelt like sewer systems. I switched off the air conditioner in my room and opened the window.

Breakfast was very simple for the 4* hotel. One type of cheese, no eggs at all, very basic. Beds with wheels are not comfortable.

The friendly and helpful staff, efficiency of Housekeeping, and the cool, 'novelty' shower smack in the middle of the room! ?

The breakfast was awful; very poor, with limited options, and absolute zero value for money! No international T.V channels, mostly just Spanish ones. Bed was too low, bedsheets scanty and ill-fitting.
