Cool Martin Family Hotel and Resort

Cheap. Close to the mall and a lot of restaurants. Didn¿t see any bugs. Swings were nice. Air conditioning worked good

Hot water didn¿t work. Fridge didn¿t work. Only Netflix on tv. Internet slow. Rooms outdated.

Staff was friendly, helpful and provided great service. The location was good for where I needed to be on the trip. The pool was very nice.

The room was a little disappointing in its amenities. There were no wash cloths and the shower was hard to operate, but for the price the room was acceptable.

Staff was awesome helpful and owner is very accommodating.

The security guard shouted at us during the middle of Christmas eve with a lot of other visitor. He does not have any manners or discretion to approach visitors especially during the event of Christmas. I wouldn't recommend hiring such a person that is bad for businessI really appreciate the owner apologizing on behalf of what happened.

It was ok. We enjoyed the pool, billiards and ping pong and Karaoke rooms. Close to my brothers house. Close to the Mall. Decent service. There’s a lot of strays outside. Conditioner don’t work that well. The rooms are old and need repairs. The surrounding area is not what I expected.

Short GRAB ride to anything I needed that wasn’t already here! Fun facility and AMAZING staff!!❤️All this with clean bedding and cool aircon- this is my new GO-TO place when visiting here again!

There was honestly nothing that I’d change. This facility and run and managed with perfection!

The price

It is in a state of disrepair and needs a lot of TLC ,the pool was cloudy at best ? Very primitive even for the Philippines. The staff is very nice.

Owner and staff were nice, accommodating, and helpful.

Room was not clean. Stained carpet & not vacuumed. Provided towels were shedding balls of lint. Room given was next to public smoking area). Wi-fi was spotty.

All the staffs were nice and the owner were very accomodating the the Jacuzzi was perfect really enjoyed it

The hotel was nice my room was so big for a single traveler but the road outside was really rough and bumpy

A nice place tucked away in a fairly quiet neighborhood, not too far from SM Bacoor. The rooms were clean and spacious. The owner/staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had about 14-18 people in our group, and everyone had a good time, with no complaints. The small children in our group absolutely loved the little kids' pool area. All in all, it was a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice place to gather with friends or family, and not spend a fortune. Probably one of, if not THE best value resorts in the area.

I booked the entire resort to celebrate my Mom's 87th birthday. The place was immaculate and very reasonably priced. The amenities; videoke room, jacuzzi, entertainment room,swimming pools, kids' area were clean and utterly awesome. The staff were very accommodating, respectful and courteous. The rooms were impeccable and utterly comfortable. My family and friends were very impressed and said that they will be booking the resort when they'll have functions and celebrations in the very near future. KUDOS to COOL MARTIN RESORT and staff for our very memorable celebration!!!

Could not have a good sleep in my room because of that people playing billiards just next to my room and the karaoke lounge is operating until morning, mosquito are everywhere and the AC is to noisy..
