Pretty landscaping, outdoor area

We could hear all the noises of other rooms and people outside.

Not much. This is NOT a hotel. It's an Airbnb type arrangement. Good a/c.

It is difficult to get to. Directions provided by owner are very unclear. I had to call and fortunately someone answered the phone, otherwise I would have never figured it out. Beds are very uncomfortable. Poor lighting

It was very clean, quick checkin, great communication from host. Air conditioning was top tier.

We did see a roach in the room unfortunately but due to travel exhaustion we didn't switch. Killed it and kept the room it was only one we saw during the stay.

The willingness of the lady who checked us in to help in anyway necessary. We are not the easiest travelers but she was very kind. The place was clean and we felt safe and secure

Not really

Very modern, clean and comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot water. It was within walking distance to many things including a beach.

Nice modern decor, very comfortable king bed with a large screen TV and excellent Air Conditioning. Nice large shower stall. Property feels safe with secure access codes and parking was reasonably easy. Short distance to everything needed.

No ironing board available. Coffee maker was not that great.

Looks like it was recently renovated w/modern fixtures and decor. Unit was super-clean, owner was friendly & helpful, and the whole property had top-notch security features. Safe, clean, affordable place to stay near San Juan - which was perfect for us.

The morning cleaning staff made a lot of noise (mostly loud conversations) right outside the rooms. They weren't very friendly either. (No eye contact, no greeting, no replies to "Hello".) They seemed annoyed that we were even there.

this property has numerous properties within the area and although i dnt have any complaints about the accomodations, it wasnt what i booked. i would def book again, but would specify what accomodations i need as far as 1 bed, 2 beds,balcony etc..

Overall look was very nice and pretty, modern. Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful

We had a cockroach in our room two days in a row. No hot water one day because someone turned off the water heater. When I notified them their response was that I should just turn it towards the hot water setting in shower. really bad water pressure

We had a comfortable and pleasant night, quiet. The rest was divine.

but the lock has trouble getting the key

I love the exclusivity of the entire apartment. I also love the decor and the amenities. It was a really dope experience.

I couple of things could have made it better. The internet wasn't working and the instructions for access wasn't so clear but they worked that out pretty quickly.

It was very clean and had good security system

No hair dryer in a room

Walking distance to everything and 5min walk to beachfront need a car trust me

Half of shower door that's it everything else was perfect

We got accommodations quick and definitely took added stress off our shoulders. Close to airport to say.
