Right by the beach.

This not actually a hotel. It is more of renting someone's apartment. And the power went out for 6 hours with no one doing anything to fix the situation. They said, it is what it is. Windows were broken. It was SO HOT we had to rent elsewhere to breathe.

Location and close to the beach

There were ants everywhere in the kitchen. One of the burners in the stove top shocked me while using it. The wifi did. It work at all the whole time I was there.

You could access two different beaches within minutes of walking. The security of the building and parking was great. Based on reviews I was prepared to have to clean the coffee maker, it was clean & the room was clean. The room smelled of disinfect.

Check-in information needed to be hunted down. The mattress was filthy. Got bit while sleeping. Air conditioner was mildewy. Not enough towels. Saw one dying roach, hundreds of ants. No way to contact owner of apartment. Building in way of ocean view.

Is not a hotel. Plus had to wait outside. You have to get keys that inside of a lock to get keys which I never had. Plus owner say that I can't stay there, when I already book it. Maintenance problem in Apt. Plus I booked it with your company. Never again

Nothing!!! It was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Bugs & roaches, rust & mold!!! This place isn¿t fit for even an animal to stay in!!!!

I honestly don't know why so many poor reviews other than there are several units likely for rent under the same ad and all are likely different!! I was in 205 and it was exactly what I was expecting!! Nice view of the water and the sound of waves crashin

The checkin was a bit iffy. I couldn't find the owners communication and how to get the code to get the keys for about an hour. Can be very off-putting and it's the number one complaint I have seen here. Def needs to be addressed. But otherwise I loved it

Nothing, poor customer service, air-conditioner defective, bedside not suitable for two adults. The a/c was so noisy that was to us to sleep. The first night we attempt to contact the hose update no response so I have to desperately find another place .

Location location location! Sweet spot in between two beautiful beaches both only few steps away! Clean, no bugs, small efficiency apartment/condo with a full size bed, air conditioning, microwave, stovetop, and hot water. We enjoyed!

Old building/style, bring towels (we got 2 thin small ones for 4 days), if you need luxury this is not for you..

Location being by the beach was nice and close to Old San Juan. Had free WiFi

There was no shower head, there were only a couple local channels and a couple movie channels that worked. Apartment building old out of date being worked on I guess missing hall ceiling the elevator was sketchy quick stops and uneven step up and down.

We spent hours looking for yhis place and never found it. Had a taxi driver, 4 construction workers inthe area, and 2 different police officers on ATV to help. No one was able to find it. We eventually found a olace called Oceanview condos a few blocks..
