The Ritz-Carlton San Juan

The staff, room and pool area were lovely, the beach was spectacular!

I had not looked at the location detail and it is right next to the airport, so there was noise from the large planes when in the room. I would have still stayed here, just wish I would have researched the location.

Staff commitment to customer service.

First room assigned as "Pool view" had no pool view. Second room window was so dirty and stained one could not see any view. Facility is a bit worn and shows age.

Great staff that was very helpful and went out of its way to please you and be nice to you. Beautiful hotel and big room with very nice bed and furniture and a great view.

Perfect location right on the beach and close to Old San Juan. Superior service from EVERYONE! Ritz does it right EVERY time!!

The Hotel's staff is very helpful and friendly. Since we checked in they make you feel welcomed and make sure that you enjoy your stay. Customer service is one of my top priorities and they met it 100%.

A bit too close to the airport. Somewhere in between being a really nice Marriot and a Ritz Carlton.

Room carpet had stains. Could not use the Spa on last day after checkout to shower. Neighborhood right near hotel was very shabby.

Public areas were very nice. Beautiful pool area. Nice bar in pool area near beach... Although it does close at 6 which is too early.

Rooms were run down... Carpeting was completely dirty and even had lots of visible stains.. To the point where anytime I got out of bed, I always put my slippers on first. No windows opened. Not at all a Ritz type experience. Stay at the St. Regis hotel!

The staff was excellent. They were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. Additionally, the food was very good at all of the restaurants at the Ritz.

The location was okay but it would have been better if it were closer to Old San Juan.

Great beach! White sand and calm waters. BLT steak is a great restaurant. Very comfortable stay. Concierge were very helpful with everything from restaurant reservations to finding me a double A battery at midnight.

Somewhat rude towel guys working at the beach.

THE CONCIERGE SERVICES NEEDS TO BE TRAIN TO A BETTER LEVEL.PUERTO RICO IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE TOURISM PROMOTIONS GETS A 0 FROM ME.I ALSO HAD A LITTLE EMERGENCY WITH MY 84 YEAR OLD FATHER AND THERE WERE NO FIRST AID KITS TO BE FOUND.WHY A RESORT FEE??

very convenient if you don't plan to stay at the hotel much and travel all around the island to san juan, the east, and west. secluded from other hotels and people. less crowded on the beach.

little traffic around the area, but not a lot of convenient places nearby for food and shopping. will have to rent a car or taxi to get to other areas. the excursions at the hotel are not as good and definitely overpriced.
