Location, kind staff

Hotel staff charge me 680,000 for minor stain -doona and 20,000 for 2 bottle of water, was not informed in prior. The most horrible there are hidden cameras in bathroom -rooms and staff showed how I tried to wash sauce stain.

Great view from balcony. Street below quiet with minimal traffic.

For some reason, I need to know that the water is free on top of the refrigerator, but it's paid in the refrigerator, at check-out they charged for the water from the refrigerator, while the bottle above the refrigerator remained. so everything is fine.

Almost amazing.

It was not quiet. But there were a lot of concerts in town for younger kids so I blame this one circumstances - not hotels fault.

Old but totally worth it.

Location, clean, the room is big for a family of 4.

Position, position, position...So close to the center, and yet secluded enough to feel a bit away from the noise. The staff, especially Duyen from reception, but also the dining room staff and the cleaning team. They all gave a great feeling of being at home

Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean and room is spacious. Staff are very helpful. Location is good. Breakfast has the variety of choices.

Water pressure for shower is weak so need longer time to bathe. The room has a little dampness smell but it is not so noticeable if open the window.

Staff were absolutley lovely and helped with organising car to airport. Location is great walking distance to main areas of town and the lake. Room is comfortable and cute balcony.

Wifi is very spotty, didn't work alot of the time so I had to hotspot off my phone. There were tiny ants everywhere in The room. There is no standing shower in the room, a shower head in the bath you can lift up that only goes to shoulder height.

No catering for European food tastes. Breakfast was TOTALLY Vietnamese

A guy staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Upgraded our room as well.

We stayed for few nights., Never clean up the floor, very dirty!

The rooms are stinky and the halls are very stinky as well , wifi is so horrible no matter what

there were many options on the breakfast but overall it was acceptable.

the headrest pillows smell bad. the carpet was dirty.

Room is clean,Super friendly helpful customer service. Awesome location mins walk to center Da Lat night market and (Hồ Xuân Hương)

Hotel was close to the Main Street,nightmarket and lake.

The hotel was dirty. The beds were very comfortable. There was mould in the bathroom. The carpets sunk and were so. dirty. We have travelled extensively and this was be the worst hotel we have stay at. even the staff were unfriendly.
