There is a shop below and scooter hire available.Staff were friendly but spoke very little english.

The noise from the street is constant! There is a school opposite so before and after school drop-off is insane at those hours,then you think it would die down in evening but no it's constant I couldn't sleep for 2 nights

Very nice windows, the rooms are like the photos! Clean and nice.

We had some difficulties to understand each others, they don't speak English... But at the end we manage to arrange buses and everything

the price is reasonable.staff is friendly.there's a small market on the 1st floor, so it's very easy to buy stuff. Besides, the hotel also provide motorbike for rent with good price.

the people at reception did not register anything to do with booking.com and thought we were walk ins major lack of communication although we managed to get through the stay without extra charge on anything.

Very rude staff

The staff was extremely rude. At one request, the lady ignored me completely and went on eating, although I was trying to show her the translation of what I wanted to say in Vietnamese. Another time, I asked for my passport and she mimicked the word sarcastically. When we asked to change our room because we couldn't fall asleep (noisy street!) she just said "no" but we saw they had many empty rooms. Honestly, if you don't want to deal with tourists, don't run a hotel! You make the experience awful, and you ruin the image of the kindness of this amazing country.The room was very cheap and our expectations were low. But kindness doesn't cost a thing.

great location and comfortable bed. I stayed here while ill and it was the ideal place to recover.

We liked the position to the centre of town but tour room was quite noisy because we had a window as requested . I geuss you can't have it both ways. Room was comfortable otherwise for the discounted price. Not sure if I would pay full price for it though

The kitchen that was advertised as being able to be used is not really accurate. They kindly allowed us to use theirs but it was very clutered

Check-in hour. The hotel offered me to check in earlier than I thought I could. Nice room, full of light.The location is super convinient. Pictures are exactly the same as the real room Reasonable price for this kind of property!

This homestay is close to few number of must see attractions in Dalat like Pagoda, crazyhouse, Dalat night market.The rooms were clean and really comfy. In addition, lot of shops and eateries near by. This hotel comes highly recommended by me for anyone visiting downtown.

Spacious room, cute balcony with great view over the street. Very good for the price indeed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, there are many choices nearby in case you feel like drinking something sweet.

As what you can expect from a boutique hotel, there is no elevator (but the owner will help to bring the luggage to the room) and the facilities would not be brand new and shiny.
