I accidentally booked a small room and it is really small but that’s my fault

All the staff is quite courteous and helpful.Hotel won't charge you extra for anything.When they book you your taxi, you pay directly to the driver. And the rate is the same if you booked any taxi yourself.

Plenty of walking and climbing steps around town for elderly person like me. Luckily, there are plenty of Grab cars around.

The Hotel had a great look and ambiance to it Great position close to markets and the lake all within walking distance couple of nice eateries close by also

No air conditioning even in a cooler climate would of been nice to cool the room to start with was comfortable enough at night with the fan First day’s breakfast was nothing special Second day was great as they had more guest and more food options

Bed was hard..No air conditioner.

1. Location was excellect about 10 mins walk to the night market.2. Good value for the price you pay.3. Rooms was big but no windows for certain rooms.4. There was many restaurants & cafes within walking distance.5. Breakfast was sufficient for us to start the day.

1. Room service was not excellent. The toilet rolls was not replenish & we had to get from housekeeping2. Walls are thin. We could hear noises of people talking loudly & children screaming throughout late at night until early morning hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Night Market, offering easy access to the area. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was impeccably clean.

One aspect I found inconvenient was the bathtub shower in my room. Its height made it challenging to climb into, which might not be suitable for older guests.

Rooms were great. Very comfy. Breakfast was lovely.

There was a room safe listed on the sheet of rules I signed but there wasn’t actually a safe available in the room.

It was a good quiet location. 5 minutes walk to main shopping, markets etc. The room was clean but dated. No a/c but had a fan. Nice big window but not much of a view.

Breakfast was not good. Being from UK its not what we are used to but I'm sure other nationalities enjoyed it more.Just did a 5 * Hotel in Nha Trang for less money so we were biased right away as standards were much lower.

Very clean! Staff was friendly, location was good, close to the center but quiet and uncrowded.Breakfast was acceptable, with a few western food choices as well.

There were no paper towels in the room. It was unclear that the provided water was free (2 bottles on the counter, and another two identical bottles in the fridge, the bottles in the fridge were not free). Overall it was a pleasant, relaxing stay.

Breakfast was good but they need to put more food because not enough to eat at there.

Just about the food . I won’t eat full enough at there . They just put menu only 3 choices and they don’t have enough food to service for my family.

The location is great, just a few minute walk to the central market. The staff was friendly.

So noisy. Every morning, we hear the noise, people talk too loud and the room isn't soundproof, we can't sleep.The staff talk among each other and over the walkie talkie.

Small rooms, bed is not super comfortable

First night people smoking in hallways. woke up during night do to smoke smell. Told receptionist In morning and she said this is non smoking hotel. Next night same. complained next morning and she said they had two other complaints and saw videos. so they moved us to upgraded VIP balcony room. guess what, they allowed smoking outside , right under our balcony

The hotel is located very centrally. Staff are excellent and the room was very clean. Overall it was really enjoyable and we would stay here again.

Breakfast was awful. Don’t take the breakfast option.

It's looks like a new hotel and the location is quite good

the bfast was pretty much a disappointment. From all the places we've been while travelling to Vietnam this bfast was quit pooralso the shower was an issue since there was no way we could regulate the water temperature. so it remained quite hot

This is on the hill side, so slight climb from centre, however great restaurants nearby and also taxis to drop off

Good location. Room was Ok, clean with OK bathroom but a bit noisy with window open (as no air con) to ventilate the room. Breakfast was passable but not great.

Overall hotel is a bit souless and lacking in any atmosphere.
