Clean bathroom

Wall structures aren't safe. You may get hit in the head when getting up in the dark, The room is quite small to move around. No breakfasts. Hard to call a taxi from the Hotel location.

Room size was good.

Unclean. Uncomfortable pillows. Very low ceilings. Water temperature can’t be controlled. Construction materials at the door of the room. Overall horrible room.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay in Da Lat at the Nature Hotel.❤️?The shower and bathroom were clean and provided with all necessities needed.The beds were comfortable also.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The location was great for us because we enjoyed the walk through town but can see how that might be a bit far for some. It is very easy to get through by car/bike and surrounded by great local food. The city view is amazing at night and on rainy days

Was a bit damp, but that's expected of the city as a whole.

Clean, Good Location, Great Value

During my room clean a staff member threw away my electric toothbrush worth more than my stay itself, i purposefully didn't put the sign on the door handle to prevent issues like this. Don't understand how you can get confused between a large Colgate electric toothbrush and the tiny wooden supplied toothbrushes.

Room was clean and in order at my arrive, with all amenties present! Cleaners are ready to make up room daily! Cleaners and receptionist staff are very helpful. I enjoyed my stay at Nature Garden hotel Thank you

The hotel’s pictures looked so much nicer posted on line than in real life. Initially, the hotel gave us a smaller room when we checked in. It was not the same room we booked. We showed the front desk the room of our reservation, they agreed to move us to a different room. When we opened the door of the new room, a cat jumped out of the bed and out of the windows. My wife is allergic to cats, that was not a good experience. The bed cover was dirty, still had make up marks on it. We also noticed the bed cover of the smaller room they checked us in initially also was dirty. We were extremely disappointed at the level of cleanliness of this hotel. We did not feel safe to stay there so we left the next day.

Amazing stay at Nature garden hotel, we had a lovely time in Da lat. the hotel was higher than I expected, really clean and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend

Helpful staff, clean room

A bit outside the centre but was still walkable

It was a modern hotel with all the facilities you needed at a good price

A little away from the main area of town (25 min walk) and right opposite a major school

Bed was the most comfortable we have had. Cotton linen. Amazingly helpful staff. Accommodated luggage left.

No heating or air-conditioning so felt damp and cold, we had a level 1 room, being hillside it was partly under ground level. Advertised as having a bar and resteraunt but neither are there. They should update the details to reflect this as chosen specifically for on sight bar and food facilities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean.

Bed is comfortable

Poor sound proof especially the night when they had a group of teenagers stayed in that had really distrub our rest time .

The place was clean and my room was comfortable. No moldy or musty smells in my room or the lobby and hallways. Quiet in the evenings and at night. The front desk staff was friendly and kind.

It was ok! Liked that it was in quiet area. Easy to walk and taxis very cheap. Room was a good size. Staff were friendly .

We had two rooms. Not clean, broken windows , cockroach in one room ( changed room) and then a swarm of tiny insects in another which we had to clean up late at night!

Disappointed at our check out timing front desk staff on 20/12/24 at 7am. She demand we pay 210.000 dong when the staff before told us that our laundry was only 80 000 dong in total. What a scam.

Great location with a great view. Location close to District 1 and Tuyen Lam Lake / Datanla Waterfalls. Cab transfers to / from airport are very price competitive and so are the bike rentals from the hotel. Staff is helpful and provided great info about sightseeing locations.
