Hieu, the concierge staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire team, from housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming. We especially appreciated their effort in recovering my husband’s shirt and my daughter’s shorts after we had checked out and before we left the property.We would definitely stay longer next time. The only point worth mentioning is that the hotel could benefit from adding one more shuttle between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, as that is a long gap. Additionally, the return shuttle from the city to the hotel could be adjusted to 6:30 PM instead of 6:00PM to stay consistent with the half pass the hour schedule like other departure times.

It’s at the great location, quiet and very scenic! The staffs were friendly and the breakfast buffet was great with lot of food options for foreigners.

Quite far from place of interest. Shuttle bus doesn't run regularly. On Sat there are either karaoke/live performances until 9-10PM which is quite noisy.

Loved the location as we needed some relaxation, peace and quiet after travelling for over 6 weeks. Breakfast buffet was not 5 stars like the hotel. Let it down. Not any walkable options for other good choices so had to eat there. Staff over attentive.

The restaurant food was one of the worst i have ever experienced. It completely diminsished my enthusiasm for the place. We were supposed to get airport transfers ( which we didn't get). Location too far away from decent restaurants.

It’s a beautiful property, secluded in the middle of the mountains with gorgeous views. The rooms are well equipped, you could spend your entire stay there. There is also plenty of unique activities (karting and zip lining) available within a 20 min car ride. I strongly recommend this property. One of my best finds in Vietnam.

I wish the hotel assisted us with sorting transportation to reach the property as the road at night is dangerous and not well lit.

Location of the hotel is a peaceful oasis, so much so that greenery and fresh air.The room was large and very comfortable. One day it rained and we spent most of the day in the room, and it was just very comfortable and relaxing.Breakfast was amazing with a lot of delicious food for both western and eastern pallets.We also enjoyed the gym, and the staff was super friendly.

Couldn’t walk or ride bikes on pathways. Restaurant needed more classic Vietnamese food and less Korean

This hotel is just super nice. From the foid to the facilities, the spa, the grounds, the shuttle bus. You cant go wrong. We had the best stay ever.

The place is dramatic and beautiful. Staff were earnest and very friendly.

Although the location is amazing, the roads to the resort are pretty dire so it can take a while ro get to and from.

It’s quite far from the city because of its picturesque location, so getting taxi & visiting the favorite spots was a task. Availing the resort taxi service was the best decision.

The noise of the room next door. The room is not sound proof at all. The restaurant is not clean. The food is a disgrace.

Environment, landscape

Breakfast offers few types of food. Beds were old, made noisy.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view. But don't be fooled by the photographs - there is no territory at all. Beautiful green fields are the territory of a golf resort. And you can't walk there
