Pi Boutique Hotel

Modern and well-decorated boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, especially with our early check-ins and check-outs.

Location was a little out of the way from the centre but only a 10 minute walk or so.

Staff was great. Good location, breakfast was hearty, clean and well prepared. Beds and room was comfortable. Great views. Again, staff was amazing.

The room was very pretty, spacious and bright with good amenities. Location and breakfast were good and the staff super nice, helpful and attentive. I felt really cozy and taken care of :)

Only minor things. The central location makes it a bit more noisy. I think rooms are not well ventiled as humidity was condensating on windows, had to keep my window open for the most of time.

Every good value for the facilities offered and good location that was far from the crowds yet very walkable and convenient. Breakfast was ok ok as not much offered and very basic but ok to go by.

Breakfast was ok ok with nothing much in variety and the kitchen is very under equipped with not stove or microwave and there is the same person in reception or cleaning acting as cook and chef with little or no commutative skills and language handicapped. Furniture not comfortable as it seemed to make hotel look good without any consideration given other comfort of the customer. Rooms have no heating so can get cold in Da Lat.

I booked the room with a view of the city as it looked nice in the photos, but actually the view is covered by a new building that is being constructed. Besides that dissapointment, it also meant quite some noise from construction I think the hotel really needs to update their photos and not further dissapoint customers.

Great hotel and amazing staff. The breakfast was excellent with many options. And all the staff were attentive to our needs. Several times I went downstairs to the lobby to work and each time they offered me hot tea. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Lobby very nicely decorated. Very nice room. Very clean. Cheap and comfortable laundry service. A nice touch was that the bathroom also provided free high quality face masks.

The breakfast was minimal for a hotel. As a vegetarian there were only few options. The communication with the receptionist was often difficult due to language barrier

Location was nice. A short 5 minute walk into town. Very clean. Spacious yet cozy rooms. Extended my stay by booking the city view which had a large bathtub, great for anyone who loves taking baths. Breakfast was pleasant with outdoor seating at the lobby. Friendliest staff. Very accommodating and they went above and beyond achieve exceptional customer service.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Whenever we were in the lobby they brought us tea and always made sure we had an umbrella whenever it was raining.

A tad noisy but I think that’s normal for Vietnam.

Nice view over the city and also very good location to see the sights. I especially loved the face masks that are ready for you to use in the room when you check-in, cute little extra. Bathrobes, towels and material of the bedsheets were also very nice and felt luxurious.Staff is also super friendly!

What a lovely Boutique hotel, The rooms are great, comfy just what you need for a safety in the mountains , Breakfast - great selection and everything you could want -fantastic and the whole experience superb with the hotel staff very helpful and very knowledgeable around the area.

Great building, comfy and quiet working area, great coffee, amazing yummy breakfast (although if you’re there for many days you probably will get tired of it bc it’s the same), I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and the room was spotless clean, I even got a hygiene kit with toothbrush etc and the bed was very comfy! The room even had a small balcony. It is a lovely place away from the buzz but short walk to reach to the center. They have tours available I took one and had lots of fun. Reception lady even though she couldn’t speak much english she was very helpful and kind with whatever I needed.

There was no hot water, it would get a bit warm but never hot. There’s no AC in the room but with the temperature in Da Lat really is not needed.

i booked the mountain view room, but there is the new built on going construction block almost 70% our mountain, but that is out of control of hotel management, so we are still recommend for this hotel, just avoid booking for the mountain view room.

Great hotel to stay at in the downtown area of Da Lat. Walking distance from some good restaurants, cafes and the night market. The wooden sculptures in the lobby where amazing. Good breakfast buffet. And they offer motorbike/scooter rental on-site making it really easy and convenient.

Friendly staff and a great location to see the sights in dalat.

No a/c. Too buggy to open a window and the small fan didn't cut it. No fan in the shower area so all of the heat and moisture just sat there. Loud construction next door. Uncomfortable short beds

The Hotel is very nice. The room was modern, comfort and nice with good space. Bath room is big with hot water. There is very good verity of food for breakfast. The hotel is located few minutes walk from the center. I think it is a good value for money.

Next to the hotel there is/was on -going construction of new building. It could be load and noisy if work starts early in the morning or continue into the night.

The staff was super helpful and polite. The room had all that was needed, including bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. The location was great too. There’s a lovely fish tank just at the front of the property.

The only thing I would say is that the whole bathroom floor gets wet when having a shower, but it might be common for that type of shower room

Stunning, modern, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, especially with their top-notch bike services. The location is quiet yet just a short walk to the center, with lots of cute spots nearby. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back. Highly, highly recommend!

Great location and great hotel! We loved the vibe, used the gym and services there which were great, would definitely recommend this place. Rooms were a good size and cleaned every day

Comfortable and well laid out dorm room.

The curfew and that exceptions for exit before 6am is not allowed for sunrise hike or kayak tour. This should be communicated clearly before booking is confirmed.
