It’s always in the best location of Tuyen Lam lake, quiet and chill

They assign me to the wrong room, even I requested a month before but they didn’t pay attention to it. Quite disappointed during checkin process because of that, later they apologize and send us a dish of cake but that not what I am expected.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful setting. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice facilities.

Carpet is old and walls need better insulation for noise

The grounds of the hotel were lovely! Being so close to the lake was really nice to sit at and read or relax.

The property seems a bit dated and needs some updates.

Lavish park around the hotel with lawns and flowers everywhere, mesmerizing views on the lake and mountains from the top of the hill; very clean room; helpful and welcoming staff, various breakfast options.

Extremely Disappointed – This Place Has Changed for the WorseWe’ve been coming to this hotel for years and always had a great experience — until now. Unfortunately, this time our stay was completely ruined.We came here specifically for peace and quiet, but instead, we found ourselves in the middle of two loud corporate events happening at the same time. There were speakers, concerts, and music blasting all over the place. It was absolutely impossible to relax — we couldn't stay in the room, nor enjoy any part of the property in peace. At no point during booking or check-in were we warned that such events would be taking place. Had we known, we would have never come.To make matters worse, the restaurant staff clearly prioritized the corporate guests. During breakfast — which was still within the stated time — we were rushed through our meal, staff began clearing everything, rearranging tables, and preparing for the events while we were still eating. It was incredibly uncomfortable and made us feel very unwelcome, like we were just in the way.And to top it all off, the room design makes no sense. There’s a bathtub, but no proper showerhead. You can either try to wash yourself under a tiny faucet or awkwardly get out of the tub and use the separate shower. This is supposed to be a comfortable hotel?We’re extremely disappointed and sad to say that we won’t be coming back. It’s heartbreaking to see a place we used to love turn into this.

Very spacious which is great for a big group. The rooms are huge which make us feel comfortable. The staffs welcomed our family kindly and willing to assist whenever we needed.

I wish they can fill some more funiture in the common room so the space looks warmer

Great property in a gret location.

Only thing is that both nights we were there they had weddings or some kind of party and the music was pounding until 10pm. It looks like this is common feedback in other reviews.

A bit pricey

Breakfast was abundant with plenty of food and choices. Yet, food is almost the same for the 3 days during our stay. Rooms are clean. Location is excellent with just 20 minutes away to the night market by shuttle bus. We went to night market for diner every day.

The room door and windows are not sound proof. The noise from other guests in the corridor is somehow too much. We are on 1st floor and we can hear voices from others in the front garden as well.

Beautiful landscape, trees, lake, and peaceful sounds of nature

There was a wedding that completely took over the property on our last night. The music was so loud and could be heard all the way down to the lake, ruining a peaceful evening and night. The breakfast could use improvement for a 4 star hotel such as more fresh fruit and juice, only canned orange juice.

Rooms a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was terrible. No options for vegetarians or gluten free other than rice and noodles. Only Vietnamese food options available. Food at the restaurant took 40 minutes to come.

Beautiful coniferous grounds and serene lakeview. Hort staff did a great job! Great to eat & have fresh cool air. Hsekeeping came immediately to replace a standing lamp & helpful.Keep up the shuttle bus service to DaLat centre (but increasing the frequency is much appreciated.)The nursery and veggie farm near the tennis court are wonderful to visit.

The facilities aged compared to 5 years ago. Bathroom wall near the bathtub has leakage stains, the sink tap was loose.Not a good practice to keep passports as deposit. I am supposed to pay at the property but the resort charged my card 2 days ahead. When i asked, the answer was it was festive season.Disappointed tt there is no special Christmas dinner & celebration this year.

We had a generally positive experience staying here. The atmosphere is tranquil with a big, beautiful garden full of flowers and a lake that adds to the charm. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive and even delivered an item we left behind after checkout.One of the highlights was the shuttle bus service to the city center. It runs three times a day and the driver was super helpful with tips on where to eat and shop. The breakfast buffet was good, although it’s best to go early as some items, like fruit, take time to be refilled. My child really enjoyed the matcha ice cream!

The only downsides were the dim lighting at the pool in the evening and the slow internet connection, including the TV. Despite these minor issues, it’s a fantastic place to relax if you enjoy peace and quiet.

Beautifully situated on a pine forest hill by Tuyen Lam Lake. Perfect for unwinding. Our premium King was well appointed and had a nice lake view. The room did not have air-conditioning but it was fine for the time we stayed in December as the weather was cool. Just wondering how it would be if the weather is hot. Breakfast was good and had lots of varieties.

This is a perfect place to enjoy mother nature amidst tranquillity and the beauty of Tuyen Lam Lake. I only stayed 1 night which is a mistake. I shpuld have stayed 2 nights; of which I will spend one full day just chilling by the picturesque lake views the resort offers. A special shout out to Ms Nghi from reception for your very kind help and excellent service! ????I will be back to Terracota for sure!!

Very good breakfast with lots of different and delicious foods. The view to gardens, the lake, and the mountains, is really wonderful.The staff is very nice and helpful.

The roads to the hotel are too dark due to not being lit in the evenings, thus causing the impression of insecurity.The crazy noise caused by guests who attended some party at the hall on the ground floor. Worst is that that noise keeps going on till late at night!
