Hotel at Dalat

Good location to walk to the lake and was located on a less busy street.

Room smelt musty which we later discovered was the linen. the bathroom had no fan so when showering it got very steamy and damp in bathroom. room was not clean, there was lots of dirt,hair and other things down the side of bed. we felt very rushed to check out as the staff kept telling us they were fully booked the next day and we must check out. to top it off when we did check out we were told we had to pay extra for dirty towels which had little to no evidence of dirt but we couldnt be bothered and just paid the silly fee.

Location was perfect, quiet street but in five minutes walking everything you want.

The beds were not so well, it was not really clean, especially the toilet.

Clean and friendly staff

Just some areas (like the former cafe) that looked a bit abandoned - due to COVID I am sure - so this could not be helped much by the admin of the hotel - just looked a little shabby with the overturned tables and such - but I am sure all of this will change once tourism returns to Vietnam and Da Lat.

The staff is so enthusiastic and friendly, especially Ms Hoi, the receptionist. She instructed us the shortest way to go back to the hotel when we got lost.

Our room doesn't have a window so it is quite stuffy. It is better to have a window so that the air can circulate well.

Have stayed here a few times when we visit Dalat. Always great service from pleasant staff. Location is lovely and quiet, a short distance from the night market. We recommend this place to others for the friendly service, affordable prices and comfortable room.
