ELC Luxury Da Lat Hotel & Apartment

Nothing!

The smell, the policy (they wanted to keep our passports) and it felt very shady!

Decent location.

Room not cleaned daily. Shower is in a tub and a window blind is installed as a shower curtain on 1/4 of the tub. They charged me $7 US dollars for laundry that was 1kg(almost 4 times the normal charge for laundry in Vietnam)

Close to the center and easy to find as it is by the main road, spacious rooftop dining with city view, buffet breakfast, cleanliness, everyday toiletries and coffee/tea/water is replenished, helpful staff

Does not accept credit card. But overall, everything is really good.

it was available when my other booking fell through

the photos online didnt match what I booked/misleading

Absolutely great place. Amazing staff, really helpful. The location is perfectly central but not loud. Everything is close. The owner is super friendly. Will be back!

Staves are friendly and supportive

Pillows and towels are bad smell, always lacking of toilet roll that we have to use our own. could not sleep due to very noisy tenants up until 2:00 or 3:00am. Make bring your own soap and shampoo. Room with city windows view are not sound proof that the sound of motor cycles and cars can easily wake us up day and night.

Nice location, friendly staffs and very enjoyable activities. The staff always delivered more than our expectations and were always making sure we got everything.

Great big room, very clean and modern. Good facilities. Everything was good. Also a good location near the center. Every thing is perfect

The location was great and staff were very friendly and attentive. Clean rooms and bathroom.

I booked the room quite late, so I didn't consult too much, but the hotel arranged for me a spacious and very clean room. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. Breakfast variety is easy to eat. I will definitely be back

The staff is extremely friendly, taking good care of guests, the room is carefully cleaned, clean, beautiful view.

Beautiful scenery, open space, friendly staff.

The hotel is very quiet, looks very new and clean. The hallway outside is very open.

The lady at the reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. She gave me a very nice room, although I had made a mistake when booking.
