New bathroom and furniture

1. Road to the hotel at 45 degrees slope around 100m from main road2. We got room on the round floor (even lower than reception), additionally staff lied that hotel is fully booked and refused to change room3. View from window to construction4. Very noisy, no soundproofing - room was on the same floor with restaurant5. Hot water only for 15 minutes6. Electricity shut down happened on first day at 8:30am and again at 9:00am the next day7. At 9:00am there was no breakfast, despite it is until 10:00am8. Payment by card was declined, so have to pay cash

Hotel has a very good location near the main city centre but still in the calm part of the city. Staff was very great, especially Ms H A N was super nice and was giving a helpfull hand. Clean room / bathroom and daily room service was there.

No water in the entire hotel because of roadwork, so we had to move hotel, but at least the staff were very helpful

Look for the price it’s good and to be fair I don’t spend much time in the room.

Hot water was hit and miss. The house keeping people were very loud and the sound proofing was average

At first, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast but later on the service improved . A very attentive staff member, who was so warm and kind, brought us yogurt and fruit to our room every morning just as we requested. She was such a lovely and caring manager we felt so welcomed and warm every time we met her.

The soundproofing is very poor

Staff were really professional and helpful. New modern cozy hotel. Bathtub facing the greenery outside. Bed and linen were all new and super comfortable. Away from the hustle and bustle of the lake area. Best Pho I’ve ever eaten with big chunks of meat.

Still some construction going on. Limited options for breakfast. Too Small TV for a King suite. Bad smell in the bathroom. Does not have an extractor fan in the bathroom.

Location is good, great views, big room.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served at the nearby restaurant was delicious and the staff were very friendly

Comfy beds, good wifi, lovely staff who tried there best.

No aircon or fans. 2 bedroom apartment is bare theres a big open space where you think would be a dining area or mini kitchen. Left with no where to eat if you get take out but a very small uncomfortable couch which is also no good for relaxing after a big day. No vent or fan in the bathroom which leaves the toilet and drain smells no choice but to air into the lounge area :/ ordered two scooters for the following day then the next morning waited 40 mins then presented with one scooter that was rather dirty, quickly had to get a taxi to make it to our day activity. The rooms overall seem rushed to be finished off there are multiple nature hotels so you would think there wasn’t a budget issue to do it properly. Only one elevator operating and also the gym was very sad with one budget weight machine a bike and treadmill and enough room for one person

I had a wonderful stay at Nature Hotel in Da Lat! The location is good – close enough to the city center to easily get to all the main attractions, but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and beautiful views. You can either take a quick Grab ride to the busier parts of town, which takes less than 10 minutes, or even walk to nearby spots like the Crazy House.The hotel staff is truly exceptional. Bảo Thanh and Phúc were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. They are always smiling, very responsive, and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Their warm hospitality really made my visit special.The hotel also has a small gym. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer good views of the surrounding hills. It’s an excellent balance between tranquility and convenience. Highly recommended!

Large room, very friendly staff, good breakfast, location is nice

The hotel offers a great price with modern amenities and no musty smell (which is common in many hotels in Da Lat). The staff are very friendly and provide 24/7 support, even helping me at 1am. The location is close to the center and convenient for travel.

I had a wonderful day with my little family at the hotel.
