Tulip Hotel

The staff could not have been more helpful, our room was on the 5th floor and the balcony was amazing. The room was great, location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay

We paid for breakfast, but upon check in we were given a bit of paper that you had to just pick 1 thing plus a drink. Save your money on brekkie there is an amazing bakery right across the road

Location is too good.

Provide room too small. And dont have policy of receiving early room.

The hotel is close to the night market

the hotel room is quite dirty, stinky and smells so bad. Firstly, after I booked the room, hotel contacted me and asked me to finish my payment by charging on my credit card which I used when I made the booking. (This is what I'm considering my card was leaked to other hotels as well, need an explanation from Booking.com) Secondly, the hotel doesn't have twin rooms, but when I asked to change from a double room to twin room, they said ok but upgraded mine to a triple room, which means I have to pay a fee to upgrade. And one more thing, the reception girl told me that after collecting our ID cards they just need to register, and then if we need, they can send them back. But until the date that we check out, when I asked to collect all of our ID cards, the reception guy told us they need to keep them until the last room check-out. This is ridiculous.

The location is great, close to Da lat market and all the popular food around.The staff was great too.

staffs are nice & helpful. Room is big & comfortable. location is closed enough to walk to the night market around 5 minutes. it was pretty nice staying there.

- Staff are friendly, especially the security guide work in the morning shift.- Great location. We can move to any places very easy. - My room is very big with a small yard.

add one more day from original booking at the reception and they processed it poorly. already paid and had to to checkout from the original room before 12pm when the new room wasnt ready to be moved in. The facilities seems old. Tulip is one of the only hotel in Dalat have made their customers do the covid test before checking when the local goverment regulation no longer tells you to do so.

Good location. Very close to Da Lat market. Room is clean and bed is spacious

Workers did some installment at 3pm. Could not relax well.

The refrigerator isn't clean

Everything was nice, except the wifi connection

Wifi connection was too bad. We had to use 4G instead of during our stay since we couldnt connect to wifi of the hotel.

Location was ok near the center. Room was newish, with hot water.

staff were unhelpful Vietnsmese guest awake and noisy very early in the morning. No offers or information of activities.

The location is closed to city center where you can have a slight walk to Da Lat Market and famous sites nearby.

Staff is not nice, hair dryer not working. No parking location i have to pay for parking fee.

Having a large balcony was nice. The smell from the bakery across the road was wonderful. Great location and staff were lovely. Good size room

Having to stand with my back pressed on the taps in the shower to get wet. A better shower head would be a good idea

Very near the night market and the lake. Nice bakery across the street :) Comfortable bed. Good value for money.

The lines and towels were clean, but very old.

The room is spacious. Good lighting. Bed is comfortable.

Drain at Bath area and basin clogged. Room was not swept clean - found chips under sofa. Reception was unfriendly. Staff will knock on door to make up room at designated time even though we put do not disturb sign.
