Dalat Paradise Hotel

Good location, walking distance to the Crazy House and restaurants around the area. Breakfast is okay, nothing special.

Water pressure is low and difficult to adjust between hot and cold water. I booked 2 rooms with the same issue. The hotel is kind of dated. Wifi went down for a couple hours. Bath towels smells damp.

Clean, confortable bed, good shower

Room was nice and clean with good shower. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Downside was that we could hear the road from our room which got noisy from 6am. Overall the hotel was good but nothing exceptional.

Good hotel. A 5 minute walk from the night market. Breakfast is OK with nice fried eggs but limited. Good value. Staff helpful.

Staff was helpful. Great breakfast in the spacious restaurant on the 5th floor. The lady in the restaurant served us food with a smile. I appreciated the hotel renting new motorbikes with clean helmets.

The room's soundproofing was not good, the blanket had some stains and the cleaning staff forgot to collect the trash in the bathroom (they collected the trash in the room though).

Good location. Large room good breakfast. Our room was down the side so away from the main road noise. It over looked a primary school which started early with music.

There are several steep steps to the front door, as it’s on a hill. But the reception staff helped with the luggage. Just be aware of you have difficulty with steps.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast

Noisy from the street

This hotel was close to town but not too close meaning it was quieter. The amenities were good, room clean and comfortable bed. the staff were helpful and the breakfast team were incredible. Breakfast was good and the buffet changed daily.

We were on the 4th floor and breakfast was on the 5th so from around 630am we were woken up to chairs being dragged across the floor.

Location. Staff.

Breakfast Buffet isn’t good and how are you going to charge 225,000 for laundry??? Just a few pieces?Almost triple what I pay at other places. ????????

The staff was helpful, particularly when a member of my party needed to go to the hospital. The staff was also good in helping me find related services - calling a taxi late at night, locating a pharmacy and food stores. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-supplied.

The location was a bit away from the main attractions of Dalat. The front entrance to the hotel was difficult to navigate when you are tired and carrying luggage -- about ten steps up from the street, no railing

The location is very convenient and the staff in the property are so nice it is great value for money and I will 100% recommend that you book this in the dalat. They are very nice.

The breakfast option is sometimes bad because it is mostly just Vietnamese food and kind of stinks of seafood but there is a egg counter

Great location close to the lake and crazy house. The room was clean and good sized. Staff was helpful. Great breakfast upstairs.

Lots of noise from the grammar school next door.

Very helpful staff , location is good and near to the night market

Would like to see more bakery on the breakfast

The hotel was really close to the central market. The hotel rooms are larger than the photos. The hotel was very clean and neat.

Close to the city center, quiet place, exceptional room, stuff and breakfast

Location comfort ambience & great breakfasts

Nice rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Everything. Very well located. I'll go back again and I recommend it.

The cleaning crew never cleaned the toilet bowl.Smelled strongly like pee.

Location was good, easy access via grab to markets and other attractions. The room was spacious clean and comfortable.Bathroom was good. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the reception staff with our onward booking - they assisted us with local knowledge of how to travel to our next destination - something we were not able to work out - thanks guys. The rooftop breakfast area was good along with the selection of food

nil

Rooms have a good interiors with proper ventilation. Location is city downtown. It’s a good hotel . They serve buffet which was average, for vegetarians options are less.

The staff are not fluent in English especially the ones who are present during evenings & night
