Nice size room

Had issue with what I bookedBed was hard drain

Everything is perfect.The room is clean.Chinh (receptionist) is realy one of the best people i meet in Vietnam.He make everything for making me confortable and and me à lot with all question i've got.You should definitively stay in this place

Everything is perfect. No négative point

The staff is really nice.

The room doesn’t look like the picture and the walls are too thin. The other guests were partying until the late night,it was really loud. And you could hear people talking in their room. So, the rooms are not soundproof at all.

wifi, location, car parking are the really good things we have enjoyed during the trip in Dalat. From this hotel, we can reach nearby foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner in walking distance. We travel with little kids and it's safe to stay here as not so many busy traffic. The staffs are nice when we asked more water. The rooms has quite good facilities such as hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Wifi is also good point, strong. We met the heavy rain while other area in downtown get flood but this hotel is just nice, no flood.

only can pay by cash or bank transfer, not good soundproof, we hear any sounds from other guests and they have to hear our noisy (by little kids) at night time.

I booked the deluxe room but the room they showed me was not even close to what was advertised. He showed me another room of the “same” price but when I had checked the room listings on booking.com, i found the exact same room he showed me was listed as a standard room. I had to argue to get the standard price as opposed to the deluxe price.

NO HOT WATER, SINK CLOGGED, NEVER CLEANED OUR TRASH IN 4 DAYS. WE BECAME VERY SICK AND EXTENDED OUR STAY, THEY CAME AND LOOKED AT THE HOT WATER, THEY SAID TO LET IT RUN FOR 10 MINUTES. DID NOT WORK. COLD SHOWERS WHEN YOU ARE SICK. NOT FUN. Then we asked for a later check out, our flight is not until 5:20 pm. we were hoping we could get until 2 pm for not having hot water. Nope they said they would charge us. if you stay here..... check the hot water, and sink. It was cold in the rooms too. They did give us an extra blanket. COLD Showers Stink.

Location only

The room is too small, not look like how the description provided on Booking. The size of the room must be 30m2 as the property said on Booking, however when I went to the hotel and complained why the room is too small. Then, the receptionist said that if you want to have a 30m2 room, you can go to another condo/apartment and contact Booking to complain. When I contacted Booking Customer Service, they said that the property had already told me the reason why? There's so much conflict between two sides, and no one stands out to take responsibility.

A noisy place. I booked a room with city view, but they arranged me a room with no view and no windows.

The house looked good from the outside

Staff was very unprofessional. They didnt comunicate with each other when they changed shifts. So i had to pay for laundry twice and also in the morning i needed to arrange taxi to airport again in the last moment, altough i did it previous day with other staff member. I understand that they dont speak english, but any way they made things for our group very difficult there. Somebody from staff came in to my room at 8am while i was still in bed because they wanted to change shampoo. Other receptionist was closing the gate during the night, he gave us his watsapp number so we can call if someone comes to hotel during night. One night he was sleeping and didnt answer the phone so my friends had to climb over the fence. Also he was sleeping in reception hall with best acoustics , which was next to my room, snoring and coughing whole night, which made it difficult to fall asleep. It felt like a very very cheap and run down hotel mainly because of these receptionists.

Poor quality of service.

Our group ...Two families with five members.We wanted to prepare our meals..Because difficult to have food without spices..I sent an email regarding the kitchen facilities.They replied no washing machine but the kitchen is available..In our room no cup or a mug to drink something..I requested to prepare a cup of tea. After they provide a kettle.In two rooms we had to manage one glass for all five members.They cannot understand the language also..Finally I had to show the google translater. No dustbin and collected garbage to a shopping bag..I requested a Dust bin..He cannot understand the language..I requested him to come and see the reality.We came from Sri Lanka to Hochimin and next day came to Dalat...I have never faced such a bad and poor situation in my life..They confirmed that there was a kitchen..They have no meals also..

Warm and cozy room. The location is great - in the center. The staff is really nice and supportive. Good values to stay
