The staff were kind and attentive, assisting us with our luggage and offering great dining tips nearby. There’s parking on-site, slightly limited in space but convenient overall.

Clean, tidy, and close to most attractions. My only complaint is that the coffee at breakfast was always cold.

It was easy to grab a ride to the night market and Xuan Huong Lake. The staff were welcoming, but the breakfast selection could be more interesting.

This hotel’s central location is ideal for exploring the night market and Xuan Huong Lake without hassle. The room was clean and featured a lovely city view. The only minor drawback was the thin walls, which meant noise traveled through more than expected

The hotel is near many local eateries, so it’s easy to find dinner after a long day. The staff were polite and helped us book a tour. The only downside was that the curtains in our room were old.

It only took 5 minutes by Grab to get to the center. Our room was small but tidy, and the balcony had a nice view of the hills.

I really liked the city view from the dining area, it makes breakfast more enjoyable. The hotel is a bit old, but it’s well kept. The location is perfect for visiting famous spots like the Valley of Love.

Only a short ride to Xuan Huong Lake and the night market. The view from my room was lovely, especially in the early morning. The only small issue was that the soundproofing could be better.

Very noisy! Was full house and doors shattered everywhere. Breakfast room needed a few cleaner more to keep up with the crowd. Buffet was okay. Space for improvement.

Provide early checkin, free luggage service after checkout. But no iron and iron board and hair dryer provided

get free breakfast n dinner.. dinner is muslim frenly which serve with vege soup with noodle and a lot vegetables.. the front desk staff can speak english well and very helpful

Very boring breakfast. Hotel should consider adding English breakfast (baked beans, hash brown, for guest who don't eat local Vietnam food. The chef making the egg could not speak simple English at all. We requested for sunny sideup egg but she made us omelet instead. For the bread, please at least provide strawberry jam at least guest can eat it without the egg. Fried rice is plain and not tasty at all. Choices of Vege almost the same for 3 days in a row. The hot coffee is not not warm is cold.

Great service, thanks to Thuy for recommending the fresh fish. Seriously tasty. Breakfast was simple with a few main courses but tasty.Room: Small but it has an elegant feel. The service was very good, friendly and always ready to help - was able to check in earlier and even got a nice room upgrade. The location had a beautiful view and not too far from the city center - I travelled by motorbike and was able to park outside in front which was pretty nice as well. I had a great overall experience at the hotel.

My room didn’t have a ventilation system meaning the room would get a little humid after showers. And the breakfast wasn’t the greatest.

i ask the helper who carry my luggage to the room if breakfast included, but he said no. Then every morning we have to go out for breakfast plus coffee and spend more money for 4 peoples. un-professional guy. he should check first the give us right information, not just thinking in second.

The front of the property is very attractive and parts of the hotel have a good view. When we were moved to the room we actually booked the second night it was exactly what we wanted and had a beautiful view. The vegetable hotpot was a nice experience - we paid a reasonable cost for drinks and to order meat and tofu to go with our veggies.

We had been travelling by motorcycle from Hanoi for two weeks without much of a break so we decided to treat ourselves to two nights at the New Life Hotel in Dalat. On arrival we were asked to pay upfront and were taken to our room. However we had booked a room with a balcony and this room did not have a balcony - more of a conservatory add-on with chairs and a table and one window which opened. The view was a partial city view with a very ugly construction site on the left and another high rise construction on the right directly in front of the centre of the hotel. The staff member kept insisting it was an ‘antique balcony’ but we had specifically upgraded as we wanted the outside space with a city view as advertised by the photos on Booking.com. At the time of our stay none of the photos of the Deluxe Double Room showed this type of room without a balcony. The staff member looked at the photos on booking.com and we asked if we could be moved to the room type we had booked but despite about an hour of back and forth we didn’t get anywhere other than them offering to move us the next day. They even showed us a balcony room on the other side of the hotel with a view of the buffet restaurant sign which we declined. They declined to offer us any compensation or even free drinks for the inconvenience and we were left pretty disappointed to be stuck with that room. We soon found out it was also very noisy there with dogs howling just below late into the evening and we were rudely woken up by the kitchen being literally next door at 6.30am. We had to repack all of our things the following day and they kindly moved our belongings to the new room for us. The new room was exactly what we wanted and was much nicer so we were happier the second night but our first half of the experience was so disappointing.

The staffs were all kind, respectful, accommodating, quick to respond.

I have to pay in cash instead of the card I use to book the hotel.
