Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Enjoyed the time there. Will return.

I do not believe the Hotel has heat and probably very few times would they need it. We hit a freezing spell of 4 days during TET. 13 to 18 degrees. Finally after two days, they got us a space heater, which cured the problem. My better half caught a cold, but after we were given the heater to use, it made life much better. Thanks to the staff we did not freeze.. LOL!

Property upgraded me to Junior Suite as we require a standing shower. King size bed was very comfortable!

Body gel was in a porcelain container and there was no other place in the shower cubicle to place it except on a faulty small steel shelf; naturally, the shelf being wobbly, the porcelain container fell to the floor whilst my husband was taking a shower and it broke into many pieces. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The staff is helpful and friendly. They offer transport to town twice a day.The maintenance of the property is high standard.

The breakfast is not tasty.

When reading the reviews, i'm kinda worry about most of comments about old facilities since the hotel built since 2009. However, the facilities, interior & exterior looks still nice and luxury. Room with basic accommodations, cozy and spacious. Room cleanliness is well done

staffs are all kind, breakfast has many kinds of food, room is quite huge

we booked a villa first. when we booked it said they have a bathtub, baby safety guard, and a baby crib available. but all of them were nothing. also the villa was too cold to stay. no air conditioner and floor was too cold too. we asked the reception to change the room. they charged us another 500k but it worth changing. I don’t recommend to stay at the villa if it’s too cheap!

The Check In was like entering a Twilight Zone TV Special. The highly unpleasant Male/Front Desk needed a personality bypass. He was the rudest person I have ever encountered, suggesting he did not like Foreign Guests. The Hotel was like a Mausoleum. Breakfast was dreadful.

The water pressure in the shower was kind of low.

The room is spacious and clean, view to the garden is ok

1/ The room is located in the front garden, right next to the main streets and there is absolutely no sound-proof windows installed. Each night, my family had to bear the sound of car engines, horns, and all types of noise from the road. If you are a light sleeper, don't choose La Truff room, choose a regular one in the main building. 2/ At night hall way lights were turned off by the guard, I suppose they wanted to save electricity, which made the entire building too dark to navigate3/ The room was much colder than the outside atmosphere, especially the flooring tiles were so cold we had to wear flip flop in our room4/ There were 3 TVs in the room but they were quite out - fashioned and none of them were working properly

Center of city, spacious parking lot (in front of hotel & basement), nice delicous breakfast, clean & big room, supportive staff!Hotel rooms are better & nicer than villa room!There is one purple phonenix tree booming very beautiful in the hotel !

Breakfast is good. Room is big and convenient. Easy to go to Xuan Huong Lake.

The road in front of the hotel is very crowded, there is often traffic jam everyday.

- Internet is slow- Breakfast is diversity but not really delicious
