Cons -
- Bed a bit hard.
- Room was small and bathroom needs cleaning in the ceiling fan. Also no ventilation in the bathroom so made me nervous seeing black spots on the ceiling

Good location in a quieter part of Dalat. But fairly close to the crazy house, I walked everyday and if I needed you can easily order grab (very cheap). The room was nice, good to know that there is no elevator (in case of big heavy suitcases). Everything was hygienic and well put together. I liked the view from the room and there is a roof terrace. Staff were super friendly! Highly recommend staying here, would definitely book again.
I liked everything
The owner is lovely and staff is friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Cosy and comfortable bed.
Beautiful city view room with comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
nice employees and relatively nice building - scooter rental available at the property
it was freezing outside but so it was inside
The staff were really helpful and friendly. Actually when we checked in the 1st night, we didn't like the room as we find it too small and cramped. We wanted to ask can refund as we want to stay in another hotel. After checking, they could change us to a bigger room. So we had a much comfortable and bigger room on level 2 with a more beautiful scenery. Great thanks for that to make our stay so much better!
Their Hotel Inn is situated in a small road so not much things around the area as it is quiet & dark too. The walk to the main city area and Night Market is around 12 mins.
Friendly staff, helped with laundry
Very noisy in the mornings, issues with mould
Nice view with balcony. Clean. Friendly staffs.
A bit dusty floor. Does not have elevator ?
Quite High Location , like on the hill.Good view from the windows.
there is not good restaurant.
The location is ideal, close to the city centre, which you can get to anywhere within a few minutues. The room is clean and have enough space for three of us.There were a few problems with our rental motorcycles on the first day, after we complained about the conditions, they agreed to give us some discounts.
There's no lift so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. Most importantly, you can't pay by card here, they only accept cash, so prepare extra amount of cash with you.
The property is very clean an beautiful view. It was our first anniversary, I asked them to decorate our room with flowers to surprise the love of my life. The receptionist did an outstanding job love it there will back next time
Friendly staff doesn't know English but It is not a problem - we were deciding our problem via google translate. The bed is soft enough. Quiet place but this hotel is located on a hill, you have to go uphill where the slope is about 15-17 degree.
Insulation is bad.
Reception so really nice and funny. They help me park a motobike and sharing raincoat. Supperb location central , only 4 min go to center market and city town. Hight tidy recommend for future guest. I will come back, thank you so much for help, for everything
Excellent al around. Rooms were lovely with huge windows and epic views of the city. Best motor bike I've ever rented in VN. Local food near by, walkable distance from downtown. Staff were very helpful.
I loved this place, it's the real deal. Each room has a wall that is floor to ceiling window overlooking the city. Everything was clean, nice soaps in the bathroom. Lovely rooftop for hanging out to enjoy the views. Beds are comfy and warm. Super nice bikes for rental!! Helpful staff. Honestly if you're looking to explore the city, there's a lot of cool walk-able street food and sights. Hope you can enjoy as much as I did!
Fix the wifi in the bedroom and make it speedy, that is my only complaint.
Perfectly clean place with a cute garden. Staff were wonderful
