Ladalat Hotel

EVERYONE in staff is well dressed, polite, cheerful, and helpful. I am totally impressed. Breakfast is great with lots of varieties in Vietnamese, European, and American styles. A la carte meals from 10am to 10pm are also very good and reasonably priced. Has many options for vegetarians/vegans diet.

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance that I did not know when booked the room.

Big rooms. Comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful

Room doors aren’t soundproofed so can hear everything in the hallways. Gym old and needs updating. Water pressure could be better

Disappointing

Bathroom, terrible shower. Power Water weak . Totally not satisfying.

Nice staff, big size rooms.

Noisy street with the windows not providing very good noise insulation.The bathtub did not hold water very well. I had to refill once in a while

-Food was excellent-Facility was clean and luxurious-Location was optimal

- Reception staff was so so. The motorbike keeper provided nore information and was more enthusiastic then them. 5 star for him.-The service didn't feel like a 5☆ hotel.

Location was great, away from the chaos and noise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel spacious and room was very comfortable. Views were amazing. Facilities were fantastic

Cleanliness wasn’t good at all, there was always a bad smell near the main restaurant. And we found a cockroach while having breakfast. Can include a shuttle bus.

The place was no where like a five star the place was dilapidated and old!!the breakfast restaurant was dirty and unhygienic. There windows were not sound proof and the club on the 7th floor was so loud in the night.

They really need to sell this as a 3 star and not 5

The hotel is quite nice, big, with decent facilities. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The breakfast can accommodate many tastes. The staff is helpful and responsive to every request.

Having a Valley view room (which I recommend), it faces the main road, and that can be noisy during the day, but gives great views for the sunrise. Even though the gym is well equipped, is could use some more attention to cleaning and additional water bottles in the gym.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

It was very outdated and not near anything.

The karaoke should not be near the massage, it's not enjoyable to hear some screaming drunk people when you're trying to relax.Or at least, they should offer to schedule massages when they know the karaoke will be empty

Spacious clean rooms. We had a junior suite which was nice. Nice view over Da Lat.

Could have used 2 chairs on the balcony.

it is near Love Valley where there was an event I had entered. short taxi ride to Dakar centre

Friendly staff, nice view from the rooftop cafe.Tasty breakfast. Buffet with a large selection. The hotel is next to a natural park where you can spend the whole day.

Peaceful Location with Beautiful Rooftop Garden. Rooms were very spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread was excellent and food items were very tasty. Staff/Service was on point during my stay.

We really enjoyed the stay. Follow up on the housekeeping could be improved. We ran out of toilet paper and it wasn't replaced, likewise with the bath gel. Otherwise, not much else to dislike, this was a great stay in Da Lat!

Location. To us, a souless hotel. Most staff a matter of fact with the odd exception on reception.Single restaurant open. Very limited choice.Some exercise equipment broken.Pool often murky.5* Hotel. No aircon.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom facilities, especially the ease of turning to hot water.Breakfast was a delight with a good spread.

Not many attractions around the hotel. The location is rather remote. My request for the upgrade was not acceded to fully., though the occupancy rate was low on my arrival.

Breakfast was good.Beds were large and comfortable.Very close to the mountain trails for hiking but about 4k into DaLat centre for food (not many restaurant choices nearby).Showers very nice and hot.
