Great location super hot shower very clean comfy bed power sockets next to bed nice lighting & Netflix Small mention could do with bin in bedroom area

have window but can not open the room smells bad , have to open the front door for little while

I like my room because I got window and I can see the street.

I have to go by stairs a bit to the entrance its not convinience when you have big suitcase.

We felt sick after our stay

There was mold all over the room. In the bathroom and on the wall. We couldn’t live in that, and therefore we asked for a new room which was not possible. The communication between the staff and the manager was very slow and we were not satisfied at all. No refund and it felt like the staff didn’t care at all.

The location was very central close to all the good restaurants and cafes, close walk to lake and the market, lots of Street entertainment

Room was very small not enough towels supplied, had to walk up very steep alley to get to the hotel

Room was a little stuffy and the last 40m to the hotel is up a steep hill which would be challenging for less agile guests.

Amazing room, so spacious with a nice bathroom and smart tv. Hot water and good cleaning. Great location close to town centre

Bed wasn’t the comfiest

Room is pretty tiny but quite clean and cozy. It's right next to the night market. The morning staff is extremely friendly and helpful (receptionist and room service). I told them there were no need to make up the room, only changed the towels. But they still did it though they lack of the staff, and receptionist helped her. I appreciated it.

The morning receptionist gave me the price for motorbike renting from 2pm to 9pm was a half price (75.000vnd). I'd like to pay it right away. But she said when we gave it back and could pay later. The problem was the afternoon staff told me was 150.000 vnd. I was a bit shocked, and she apologized immediately. She said it was a mistake... Umm

got to check in quite early around 10am as we arrived early from a sleeper bus, room very decent quality as well as bathroom being very nice however room quite small, very good location

No Ac in the room. There was AC in the hallway nowhere else. So we left the door open when we were in the room to cool it off. I asked for a safe and he said yes, But I never got one..

I’m not one to write bad reviews however after our stay I felt I couldn’t not say something. We arrived very early hours of the morning due to taking an overnight bus, which I informed the property as to why we booked the extra night. Nobody was there when we arrived despite me confirming our arrival time with the property. We called and left messages but no reply. The key was on the desk with our name and room number on so we let ourselves into the room to get some much needed sleep. However, we were then awoken to loud knocking at 5am!!! asking us to come to reception to give passport details and check in properly, after asking if this could be done in the morning as we had been woken up after already getting very little sleep the staff were rude and shouted ‘no you come now’ so I had to get out of bed etc and then go all the way to reception just to sign and give my passport. Really unprofessional and feel it could’ve been courteous to have waited until morning, especially when we had already informed and had it confirmed that we were ok to check in early hours.

Th property’s location was good and staff were friendly.

The bedroom was quite small but for the price paid it was fine as we were only there for a night

Room not sound proof only used partition walls. The corridor is too dark felt uncomfortable while waiting for the lift.
