Trat City Hotel

Very nice and helpful staff.

The bed sheets had stains, the shower were lukewarm and it was very noisy at night. We kept waking up to people in the corridor and we could hear our neighbours from their rooms.

It is a well priced hotel with very comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the stay. Reception is very good on check-in and check-out. Rooms are basic but comfortable to enjoy the stay. No bar fridge, which didn't detract from the experience.

Extremely friendly staff, very very helpful.Very cheap compared to other accommodations. You have everything you need included (breakfast, gym, pool).Amazing Spa and massages!

Very very good price for this nice hotel with pool. There is a water slide and kids area at the pool - big plus when you are with kids. Staff kind and helpful. The restaurant nearby Hapa is very good and fair price. They had live music, which was a bit loud. Rooms were clean and nice beds.

Not much view from the rooms. There is no restaurant at the hotel. The pool area is outside the hotel.

Nice and clean, decent breakfast included.

A little far from the centre.

We are a family of four, so we had two rooms with double beds. The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. We stayed here for one night waiting for the ferry to go to the Koh Kood island the next day. The staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel also had a nice pool area.

Sparkling clean; convenient location, quiet but not too far from the centre; good breakfast; staff very supportive; specific wish regarding room was respected (this is unfortunately not often the case).

The policy to ask for full payment at check-in does not feel nice.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Trat City Hotel for one night. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.Let me start with the positives. The staff at the hotel was outstanding- incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiries. Their helpful attitude added a welcoming touch to the entire stay! The room itself was comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed. It provided a restful night’s sleep. Good value for the cost paid.

However, there were couple of aspect that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The sound isolation between rooms left something to be desired. I could clearly hear conversation from the neighboring room, and even the vibrations from their phone calls were audible. This aspect for a light sleeper like me, impacted the overall tranquillity of the stay.Another area of potential enhancement is breakfast offering ( quality and choice).

Awesome hotel, breakfast and pool

Small balcony but its OK.

Cleanliness of room. Good choice at breakfast. Gym and pool next door. Staff very friendly. Close to restaurants.

Nice location. Good for one night stay before taking the ferry to Koh Chang / Koh Kood. The room is clean. Basic breakfast included.

Breakfast was goodNice location, car parking availableHas elevatorThe bed not so comfy but acceptable

The lobby staff I met was not so professional, took long time to find my information also inform the wrong time of breakfast

The facility is clean. Although breakfast options are not so varied, all of them are tasty.

The room size is a bit small.

Location, cleanliness were good. The location and parking were great.

The room wall could not block any noise. You will hear alarm clock from the room next door very loudly. There were only two pillows in each room.

Simple hotel. Not the cleanest room but not bad either.I feel like the rating for the hotel is a little high. My kids loved the pool next door. The rooms are very basic.

I thought it was great value! It was clean and comfortable, perfect for a night or two, great little area with a restaurant, pool area and a massage & spa really close by.

I think it was all good,no complaints.

Great budget friendly option in Trat. Basic but clean accommodation. Great bar and restaurant down the road too.

Was a damage list in the room. I usually associate a price list of damages with hotels that attract people who may damage things. Maybe don’t have it so prominent in the room.

Great location, because it’s not in center of town so it’s quiet, but close to nice coffee and fun places like the new Cattery!

Very good

Hundred of Chickens outside the hotel making noises from 2am till morning . Couldn't sleep ?:(

clean and new rom, good location, big area, many spot for gel and alcohol for hand
