Very clean and modern rooms. Extra large shower. Bath a bit on the small side but didn’t.

A little noisy due to the pub raging on a friday and saturday night, but stays through the week would be much quiter

Location is fine if you’re driving. Breakfast was reasonably priced.

The location is great to access many areas of Newcastle if you don’t need to be stuck in the city centre. Lots of parking and good sized, clean rooms.

The ‘outlook’ from a balcony room straight into the carpark offered little privacy or view. Not a good location without a car.

This is a great property. Rooms are always very clean and staff are always very friendly. Location is great. Love the convenience of having the hotel next door within walking distance.

Love this property. I would only change the bathroom light switch location to be installed inside the bathroom not on the external wall.

Very comfortable room, fairly quiet and close to the facilities I needed.

The property was great, but we did have the fire alarm malfunctioning through the night which was taken care of.

Lovely fresh and clean rooms. The location was great, and Pub Grub was excellent.

As it was New Year’s Day, we were grateful of good accommodation and the fact that the hotel had a bistro open. It was quiet and although our room looked out onto a bowling alley and car park, that was not a bother and we enjoyed having fresh air and a bit of greenery to look at.

I can’t think of anything.

* Facility is great, has everything you need, even in house laundry and microwave in the building, not in the room though but I feel this is good for Aus standard.* Room is clean.* Staff is friendly.

* location is a short drive to the town centre, which is great, but will be nicer if it’s a short walk. However there is restaurant inside hotel for lazy days when you don’t feel like going out.

The room was very clean & comfortable. Location was fantastic & having the pub next door was so convenient. Our only complaint which was entirely our own fault we forgot our pillows and the ones on the bed were ordinary.
