We didn't have breakfast but our stay was roomy and comfortable and close to where we needed to be. Plenty of room for off street parking. Staff were friendly and check in was easy I would stay here again.

Wonderful quiet pet friendly motel. Easy check in, good communitarian. Clean renovated room with plenty of space. Convenient to Hillsborough dog shows, perfect for my needs. Would recommend for anyone with pets.

Conveniently located, comfy bed, very clean, great hot water and pet friendly. Small, grassed area for the pup. Parking straight outside of room and plenty of security. Located away from main road so very quiet. Will book again.

The location was perfect for our needs.

We were a bit nervous about a yappy dog in room next door as the motel is pet friendly however it settled at a very reasonable time. The potential of this not being the case on a future stay is something we would be considering.

Location was good.

Reception was unattended both on departure and arrival with a text message sent informing me that my room key was under the mat. No breakfast of any sort was available. Guests with pets are allowed to let their dogs run freely in forecourt parking area and bark without any action taken by management to quieten the noise. All in all, completely unacceptable. Poor value for tariff.

Convenient location.

Carpet needs a shampoo.The car park spaces need to be numberd for each room. Also needs 55 inch TV. 32 inch too hard on the eyes. A little out dated.

The shower is strong and old school shower head which are the best! The room was clean, tidy with aircon, fridge, iron etc and the most comfortable bed! Oh and also they allow dogs for a small fee which was the main reason we chose this motel.. so easy to get in and out of, peaceful and quiet.

There was a dead earwig in the room. There was mould in the shower the other guest one quite loud at an inappropriate hour.

The motel was just what we were after, clean with comfortable beds, friendly staff and a lovely outlook of a couple of large trees on the property. We booked two rooms for our family and the accessible room was the excellent for our son who uses a wheelchair. Well appointed and easy to access with a fresh modern bathroom.

Pet friendly, great location good facilities. Most rooms have been refurbished recently. For a pet friendly motel, the rooms are immaculate, and there is no way to tell that pets have ever stayed in the room before. No residual odours or overpowering cleaning products. Very clean and comfortable. This was our 3rd stay and will not be our last.

Soap dispenser in the bathroom is difficult to use.

Location was close to my event.

It was really dirty. The worst being the dried bits of snot on the tiles in shower… and the thick layers of dust on the undersides of the artworks hanging above the bed..

It was a nice quiet relaxing motel close to the shops and supermarkets

Location was great

Very dirty, mouldy shower curtain and filthy carpet. The air con was so loud we had to increase the volume on the tv so high we expected a complaint from a neighbour.

The ease of booking. Communication was exceptional. We were arriving later and was easy to arrange.

Bobby was a little bit aloof at first, couldn't contact him,but was generally pleasant
