Clean, good hot water pressure, central to coffee shops, stores and walking path.

Rooms are seriously outdated and barely functional.Also very noisey with a stagnet smell

Absolute maze of a place, gotta go all over to get out after a certain time. If you’re a smoker don’t bother it’s just too hard to find your way out and if you do get out can’t get back in until management are there. Sorry but for $225 for one night small cramped room not good value at all

Hotel and its restaurant was excellent and very modern. Rooms although a little basic were clean and reasonably large. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms were a little basic but clean and reasonably large. There was no bedside lights and few points to charge devices. Bathroom had few places to put toiletries etc.

Room very basic, bad smell and little ventilation.Dirty bathroom mat from previous guest and no replacement daily. No toaster in room.

Accomodation is upstairs via lift and through fire doors - bit of a pain with lots of luggage

Despite being above the music on a Saturday night, when you go to the room, it couldn’t be heard. It had 4 beds, mini kitchen minus stove top and oven. Shower was big and the service from the manager was phenomenal as she showed me where to go and exactly what and where everything was. So happy with our last minute decision for a hotel for my family with a 10, 4 and pregnant woman

The pub part was fantastic and modern clean with great staff

The rooms were not up to the rest of the building the bathroom was pathetic and so small we had to dress in the bedroom, we are not large or overweight people

Warners Bay Hotel is a great venue recently renovated. Top food and a great mezzanine area with bars upstairs and down. Staff were great. Right across the road from Lake Macquarie great location.

The accommodation and price for a very small room was way over-priced. Our window looked straight out to another brick wall.

Location is amazing. Super close to main street, restaurants and the lake. Easy to use public transport. Pub has been renovated and nice.

Room was underwhelming. Not clean and needs some updating. There was no hooks for towels, PowerPoint or full length mirror in the bathroom. Only one small bedside table with no lamps, no curtains- only blinds that let in alot of light. The hallway light stays on all night and let's alot of light through the door. There was a strange white splatter stain on the carpet, up the side of the bed and all over the bedside table. Check in is noy easy- we asked 3 different staff members before being pointed in the right direction.

Staff were very helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Beds were comfy, it was quiet, clean.

Shower could be updated

Rooms were clean, food is really good & it was quiet at night.

Bed wasn’t that comfy & security guard bailed us up and was quite rude when we were trying to go to our room.

It was a central location to restaurants, supermarkets and parks.

For the price we expected a larger room, a daily room spruce up, AN IRON! Really overpriced in our experience. We will seek alternative next time in this part of the world.

We weren’t told before booking that live music would be playing until midnight so we would be unable to sleep before then. Room was very basic and quite pricey at $220 for the night.
