The price is great the coffee is great and the staff are friendly

The proximity to lake, shops, cafes etc is great.

Bedside light has a short in wiring.

Lovely stay here. Was a last minute decision to get away and The Esplanade was a great choice. Very comfy bed and pillows. Clean and tidy. A/C was on when we entered the room. Coffee van straight out side of our door.

Good customer service. Pleasant room.

Getting car out on road was a little busy

Very small room for a family of four . It can only accommodate 2 people comfortably .Bathroom is too small with no shower door which makes the floor wet all the time. There were no basic things like sugar / teabag . Only coffee . You cannot get a peaceful sleep as it is not sound proof. Even someone whispering from outside can be heard in the room. Worst sleep I ever had . Feels like just money minded owners not worried about customers.

Appears to have been renovated recently. Comfy bed, clean and bright.

We love the location, we usually have minimal issues but this time there were a few

My husband’s bath towel was dirty prior to him using it. He had to use it because it wasn’t noticed until it was too late. We thought the fridge was broken but later realised someone had turned the temperature to a high, causing the fridge to smell and causing milk to go off. We weren’t happy with the shower this time, it dripped constantly and shower head was positioned in a weird spot. Not like other rooms we have stayed in at this place.

Close to the lake, pool was great. The weather let us down that’s all but that’s coastal weather for you!

The lock on the bathroom didn’t work but minor compared to everything else great

Room very clean and tidy and the bed was extreemly comfortable. The shower pressure and hot water was great.

On this occaission the small fridge was not cold on arrival, we switched it on and it performed well

The room was modern and neat, beds were comfortable, aircon and a pool . Close to the water and restaurants.

The netflix connection was not the best.

The location

The property looked like it was part of a year 10 project on introduction to the trades. Poor workmanship with old and discount feel to it. Yes bathrooms were somewhat renovated but sooo many wear and tear spots. Also the bed head was stained with other people’s hair oils

Close to centre. Coffee shop nearby. Off street parking convenience.

The key for the room had been left in the security box and it took some time to discover that to be the situation. It delayed access to the room and we then got caught in a thunder storm unloading the car . Was not a huge problem and we were loaned an umbrella and complimentary drinks were offered by way of apology. We laughed about it just the same.
