The property was close to Charlestown Private Hospital.

Was a bit run down, water over the pathway to our room, there was some kind of leak at the pool area.

The rooms are well maintained and clean had everything needed (microwave, kettle, toaster and plates etc)

The Manager was helpful and friendly. The room was good.Everything worked.The bed was comfortable.Aircon kept it cool during the heatwave.Parking was easy.Biscuits were good.

Well looked after, arrived an hour half late 9.30pm, office closed.Phoned number supplied regarding key and I was settled in 15 mins.Great service!!!!!! Thank you to the person who supplied the key

Low water pressure

Location was perfect for my situation. We had 3 children and 2 adults. We fit comfortably in the room with kids having their own beds and my husband and I together. Beds were comfy. Walls were thick and didn’t let much sound through considering the people next door were partying late into the night and we didn’t hear a thing unless in the bathroom (it was NYE, it was expected).

Bathroom was very small considering it was to hold 5 people sleeping but we made do.

Close to the shops, the staff were very respectful of our privacy needs, and were kind and helpful whilst we were there caring for our child after recently having surgery. The staff are honest people. I accidentally left something important in the room after we had checked out and travelled 2hrs home, and I contacted them and they kept it safe for me.

We were there for a week and I think the mini fridge/freezer kept freezing all our food and drinks. We couldn’t get the temp setting just right.

Clean. Comfortable beds.

No PANORAMA signage. Traffic noise at night.

We like this motel. It's older but the rooms are large, clean and have new beds. Very close to shopping and a bus service to Newcastle.

Budget motel , good for one night or two.

The guy at the front desk not helpful.

The location is accessible to Charlestown.

No signage of the motel but the receptionist explain that they just remove and will replace it soon.
