No parking available when we checked in so we had to park on the street.

Excellent property with a good sized, well equipped apartment. Mine had a small balcony - fresh air is always a bonus.Friendly, helpful, professional staff. I extended my stay!

I liked the location. The main room was spacious, and the kids' room had enough space for them. There was a good amount of room in the lounge, kitchen, and dining areas, and the balcony was nice too

It would be nice if the parking fee were discounted over the period of stay. Also, the beds on wheels were a bit tricky to manage. But was grateful to have the option of a two single beds for the kids.

The staff at reception were amazing, always willing to offer the best places to go to and helping with anything you want.The bed was so comfortable, normally at hotels I never get comfortable and sleep. But the beds here were super nice and I slept like a baby

Can not fault this property at all

Two bedroom apartment. Large living area and kitchen. Beds were huge and comfy. Great restaurant/bar/coffee nextdoor. We had dinner and breakfast there. Parking available on site. Shower pressure and hot water excellent.

Property very well maintained. Excellent staff.

Would be better if the rooms were completely soundproof as there could be a bit of noise from adjacent rooms, though not really a big deal..

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff was great

The gym is too small and needs more weights and benches.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room needs some small repairs (back door un-lockable and fridge wasn’t working when we arrived). The location is right near the honeysuckle tram and an easy walk to boardwalk and restaurant precinct, however Kings nightclub is right behind you so can get a little noisy and very busy. We enjoyed our couple of nights and weren’t too bothered by these things. Just something to be aware of.

Big space, good customer service

Our toilet smelled like vomit, there was no exhaust fan in the toilets. The birds on the trees in front of hotel were SO noisy throughout the night that we didn’t get any sleep.

I am enjoying staying with Quest! Spacious apartment at the end of the building so good quiet location on the 7th floor. Bathroom was large with dryer and washing machine so great facilities if staying for a week or more. Good sized kitchen and lounge room. The Quest Newcastle is a great location so central to everything. Short walk to the Honeysuckle light rail station then 4 stops to Newcastle Beach. Parking felt secure at night off road behind the apartments in their gated car park.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Short walk to bars and restaurants around honeysuckle. Happy Wombat bar/restaurant downstairs is also very good. Great staff, drinks and meals. Rooms are slightly dated but clean, It is priced well however, beds are comfortable and location is very convenient.

Had the basics for a family of 3 passing through for just one night. Staff were friendly.

The shower in the en-suite was pretty small and had to be wrestled up the rail to suit anyone over 5 ft. The bare-bulb aesthetic can work but the kitchen lights just looked sad - (broken by previous guests maybe?)

Great location and walking distance to most attractions, especially with the tram stop outside. Rooms are spacious and ample for our stay.

The aircon unit on the balcony makes doesn't leave much room to enjoy. One lift was out of action, so we needed to wait. The indoor pool was nice - a bit cold. The spa needs some maintenance though.

We appreciate the lifts are undergoing an upgrade and the property has apologised for the inconvenience but perhaps additional assistance / monitoring of the lift operations can be inplace at peak times

Spacious room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for two couples. Very close to Honeysuckle light rail stop, so convenient.

Liked that it was so close to everything. Stayed here with a large group of friends for my wedding. Easy to get around and heaps of space!

Car Parking spaces are limited and it is hard to book for extra cars (due to peak times)

The Staff were friendly and welcoming. Brent was exceptional, helping with places to go for food/activities for my son with a disability. Terry was also lovely. It was well positioned and clean and the apartment we were in was well maintained.

There was an indoor pool and spa tub. The only downfall was that the pool temperature was too cold for an indoor pool. The tub was fine.

Very good sized 2 bedroom apartment. Great location with secure parking. The light rail is just across the road. I Would definitely recommend.
