It wasn't as noisey as I thought it was going to be

Nice room and very clean bathrooms near the room.

Stayed on a Thursday and got no sleep due to it being a club on Thursday nights. Loud music all night

All the shared bathrooms were not clean and all soap they had was empty some toilets no toilet paper

Comfy bed, clean family room.

stayed here recently and overall, it was okay, but the noise at night was a real issue. People were hanging out in the hallway. slamming doors and talking loudly and it echoed through the entire corridor. Would be great if security could do a quick walk to remind guest to take the party back to their rooms and keep the hallway clear. Would make a difference for anyone trying to sleep.

Nothing, the room was filthy to the point that we ended up staying in our car.

I was booked to stay at your accomodation yesterday with the boyfriend and it was paid for prior to arrival. We checked in at approximately 5:30pm and were allocated to room 6. I am absolutely appalled at the state of this establishment. After booking online and seeing what appeared to be decent photos, my partner and I were horrified when we entered our room. The reality was nothing short of disgusting: stains everywhere, a strong stench of mold, writing on the walls, stained bedding and a dirty, neglected ceiling. It was beyond unacceptable.Prior to leaving the room, my partner and I attended Big W to purchase a sheet to place over the bed due to the state. This was our attempt to make the accomodation more appealing and appropriate, however even after this action, we could not sleep in that room. We had already spent $100 at the pub downstairs, expecting at least a basic, clean room to rest in for the night. Instead, we were so disgusted by the state of the room that we couldn’t bear to stay. We were forced to spend the night in our car instead.Charging $80 for such a filthy and uninhabitable space is an absolute disgrace. This experience completely ruined our night, and I cannot believe the level of neglect at this establishment. I would like a full refund for this devastating experience and will strongly urge others to avoid this accomodation.

The towels that was provided were smelly, it was dirty and still damp. I believe it was just reused and not even washed. The towels were just rolled and reused. Very disgusting. I will never go back again and recommend.

Dirty quilts, mould on ceiling, no cups, dirty skirts on walls. Need refresh like painting walls.

The staff downstairs and the pub downstairs were lovely. But that’s about it!

My room was so filthy, I’m pretty sure I caught ringworm from lying on that bed. After lying on it I noticed black thick short hairs and various types of other hairs stuck to the blanket. There was a large wet patch on the carpet on the floor in my room. Cockroaches on the walls and crawling around. Absolutely disgusting. Paint flaking off the ceiling. My friend stayed in the room next door and had a similar experience. We ended up having to check out early as we couldn’t stay all night there. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at honestly.

Graffiti on the walls of the room and bathroom facilities, dust covered sections of the room like it had been dusted in ages And sadly during out stay they were very busy so it was hard to do anything and some patrons were even pissing in the stairwell instead of the bathrooms

Disgusting and cannot believe the accommodation part has not been closed down! The room was filthy,a dirty sock was pushed over the smoke alarm/sprinkler on the ceiling,masses of rubbish on the roof under the bedroom window,walls filthy,plug sockets we aren't even touch and that's all before even getting to the beds!!! The blue outer covers looked like lots of people had had a very 'good time' over them,that or a very snotty nose!!! The sheets themselves were dirty from previous occupants and not even straightened to try and hide the fact they'd not been changed. Our 2 kids were scared to stay and my husband said he was sleeping in the car so I complained. The girl behind the bar said she knew the rooms were absolutely filthy,never hesitated to refund and even suggested I try the place across the road instead! I never complain at anything and have stayed in some sub standard places in the past but no way was I staying in that room and cannot believe they charge people to do so,I didn't expect glamorous as you tend to get what you pay for but at the least you expect clean bedding!

Tiny room. Only one old uncomfortable chair. Window did not stay open. Small amount of rubbish under bed.

Downstairs has been refurbished but upstairs doesnt feel too safe as it looks quite run down and room 5 looks like it had someone try to break into it at some point

the room was utterly disgusting. We opened the door to the room and it smelt like a dirty ash tray. Dirty walls, hadn't been vacuumed, air-conditioning didn't work, only 1 mug for coffee. Coffee, tea and sugar just chucked in corner of shelf. When we went to get into bed it looked like someone had already slept in the bed. Fan not working properly, no light cover on light. Mould on the roof and paint peeling off roof ,Dirty inside microwave, we were so disappointed. We will never be returning

Well the blanket on the bed smelled really bad. There's was no milk for coffee. I locked myself out at 4.30am and there was no one there and no number to call, had to ring the police, had full accessto the whole dinning room, including the pokies ,even found the spare keys to the pokies machines. Actually went into the pokies room to hopefully set of the alarms, still no one came. Finally the police found a number to a worker that let me into my room. I had to pay double for my uber and I missed my flight and had to pay an extra $90 and wait 4hrs at the airport. I will never stay there again.

The bed was comfy. Little soaps were cute and smelt nice
