Clean , tidy , easy access

Parking is tight - but manageable

Easy check in, staff gave warm welcome and so friendly and professional. Welcome gift was so lovely. Rooms so beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend this motel. Close to many restaurants and cafes.

Bed was comfortable.

Our room was very shabby. Carpet and tiles were dirty - had to leave shoes on, lounge torn, walls heavily marked and chipped. Front door lock was broken. Not at all what we expected for the price point. Booked out so no other rooms available. Really disappointing.

Great location, well appointed and modern rooms and friendly staff. BYO EV charger availability, just advise them.

If I had to pick on anything.. Air conditioning needs a clean, it had that smell when then need a good clean, a kinda slight mouldy smell.

Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. I’d definitely recommend as one of the best places to stay in Newcastle and will be back. Thanks to the dream team staff members who were great to communicate with and made us feel welcome and comfortable for our stay.

Location to beach and restaurants. Comfy clean rooms. We were so grateful we got an upgrade to a bigger room!

Majority of staff were rude. When we said good morning or hello 8/10 of them did not answer back!

Loved the space, the facilities, everything you’re likely to need was there. Excellent housekeeping. All fresh and clean to high spec. Great location. Very comfortable bed.

Good for a couple and had a comfortable bed

Sofa needed cleaning and was a little smelly. The carpet was also smelly and needs cleaning.

The apartment was in an excellent location close to the beach, harbour and city restaurants and pubs. The staff were super friendly, helpful and obliging. A absolute pleasure to deal with!

Windowless room not the best- although this was our choice because it was all that was available. Will book earlier next time a grab a room with a window.

Location to waterfront was excellent, close to cafes , restaurants and beaches. Spacious rooms with everything you need. Lovely bathroom supplies including face washers!!

location - easy access to the city or the beach on the light rail (tram) that runs along Scott Street

better signage to the rooms - I had a bit of trouble finding my room

Fabulous hotel with underground carpark rooms were well appointed with washing machine and tumble dryer. Staff were really friendly and helpful

Location size of room parking

Our 2 bedroom apartment was up high enough to have a full unobstructed view of Newcastle Harbour. The hotel is within walking distance of the CBD.

Nothing. Every aspect of the experience was fantastic.

The apartment was modern and clean.

There wasn’t much natural light or many windows in the room.

Loved the view from our balcony. Loved the proximity to restaurants and the water. The waterfall shower and bed felt very luxurious. Also very accommodating of our baby.

Nothing that we did not like. Enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the hotel. Would stay there again in the future for sure. Will be back next time.
