- The hotel has a restaurant which provide decent food. And it's not noisy at night.During our stay, we had two dinners in the restaurant which is very convenient.
- Centrally located on Nineways. It's pub accommodation so doesn't come with a lot of the extras you might get at a motel, but it was good for a night's sleep and shower.
- everything was perfect! the staff was really cool and welcoming. the place was clean and the amenities were really.
Cons -
- The main bedroom is spacious, but the bunkbed room is small and far away from the air-condition and it's a little hot at night in summer.
- Nothing really all round it was great ?
- No desk or table in room or o comfortably do reports on laptop or to eat my uber eats meal in room .

Very clean, one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in, location, good meals and the beer was cold ?

Close to work
No desk or table in room or o comfortably do reports on laptop or to eat my uber eats meal in room .
A great location and within walking distance to the Entertainment Centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had never stayed in a pub before and we were pleasantly surprised. Food and drinks at very reasonable prices.
Disappointing
Dirty carpet, lots of dust. No ironing box. Uncomfortable bed
Friendliness of the booking. Dealing with a person after booking on line, immediate access to the facilities
a bit outdated, but clean, inconvenience of sharing kitchen facilities, didn't feel comfortable to share the fridge with other people, no crockery available
Did not have breakfast
Luckily we had an early shower as there was no water at all after about 7 30 don’t know why????????
Well located, very clean and appointed. Friendly and accommodating staff. Free parking.
Other people slamming doors, which is not the fault of the hotel
The front desk lady was nice
Dirty rooms and kitchen , broken missing blinds , car got broken into over night in the car park
I liked the locationI liked the costI liked having parking on the premisesI liked the easy checkoutIt was quiet considering it was a hotelI liked the friendliness of the young woman that checked me in
The shower and the toilet are not separate, so cannot use the toilet when someone is having a shower.Bathroom had grafitti and needed some maintenanceThe rooms do not have a mirror. No fly screens on the windows. I would have the window open instead of using air conditioning if the windows had screens.
Cheap - good pub downstairs with basic pub grub and cheap drinks, friendly staff, easy checkin/out,
Getting old, needs a re-fit, but passable,
The food was great, the chef extremely pleasant. The bar staff where lovely, it was very comfortable.
Comfortable atmosphere. Easy to access & parking was on the property. We had an ensuite and access to a balcony, icy cold air conditioning & access to a fridge, microwave & tea/coffee facilities. As it was a family room, the bunk was in a separate room from the double bed - great if you don’t want to hear your kids talking all night !!
Needed a curtin on the glass sliding door - just to give a bit more privacy in the event that the vertical blinds fail as it leads to a a shared balcony. The bistro meal could be improved. While the chicken burger itself & the sauce was to die for, the bun was toasted (both sides) & a handful of chips with it - definitely needed something else with it.Would also be nice if a jug of soft drink could be purchased.
It was great being able to park my car undercover around from the entrance of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and very friendly and was fairly handy being part of a pub allowing for a meal and a couple of drinks without having to worry about getting back to the hotel after.
Was not too sure about the small satchels of milk in the fridge - I made a coffee, but when I put the milk into the cup after, it smelt quite strong and was starting to separate, meaning it was off - so I had to tip it out.
Low price, friendly bar staff
Cockroaches, bistro staff quite rude
Noting
They join the two single bed and made the double bed it was really uncomfortable and customer service was wrose i will nerver go to that place again. I could not sleep properly as well
Confi beds and clean rooms Walking distance to Hamilton Downstairs pub, so you don’t have to drive anywhere
No complaints at all
Didnt have breakfast. Attended newcastle races, very convenient. Easy walk. Great staff, very friendly.
Perfect!
