Quiet. Maintained well.

The floor in the kitchen wasn’t cleaned very well. There was a hand towel from a previous guest draped over the hair dryer in the bathroom and long black hairs in the shower on the wall tiles.

Good location. Good instructions. The facility was perfect for 4 adults.

Wish I had more time to stay.

The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was nice and location was good.

Clean, got heater and hot water.

Studio apartment was small but quite adequate. Bathroom good, bed comfortable, coffee pod machine in room VERY welcome. Secure parking was very welcome and easy to use. Location excellent as I was bowling at Charlestown Bowling Club - 8 min walk away. Also a shopping centre near the bowlo with cinema, so everything nice and close.

Wifi would have been nice? And a smidge more room - enough for a comfy chair maybe.

Blinds were faulty Bed mattress wasn't firm enough, woke up with a painful back every morning.

Fantastic location, easy to get to. We loved how secure the unit was and felt at home at all times.

This is my go-to place to stay when I am in Newcastle. I have never had a bad experience. The apartments are clean, spacious and well-equipped, with secure on-site parking. The location is great too - in a quiet street but still an easy walk to a large shopping centre.

So much room for our family. The facilities were modern and location was central and walking distance to a shopping mall.

The apartment was spacious and modern and having a locked garage for our car was great as well. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was very useful for our family of 4. We only had 1 night stay, but would certainly be comfortable with a longer stay if needed. It was close to a large shopping centre and easy to find and access.

It was quite expensive for just 1 night, but it was hard to find anything else appropriate for us in the are that was cheaper.

The apartment was lovely and clean within a great location for what we needed.

The television didn't work & our sleep was disturbed by noise from another apartment - we could hear a TV @ 2am on Monday morning.

Handy location walking distance to Charlstown Square shopping centre, easy access code to enter apartment and car garage.

Apartment kitchenette has basic items, no stove top, no washing machine. The check in code come through after 2pm when check in time is 2pm. There was an ant problem, a lovely maintenance gentleman addressed the problem. It was difficult to find available car parking space out the front of the apartment instead of the garage, if you were to come and go throughout the day. Overall I would stay here again if I couldn't find a more suitable option for a weeks stay.

I was very impressed with the apartment and thought it was great value for money. It met my needs perfectly: good location, very comfortable, it looked spotlessly clean. The way it was managed was a bit impersonal for my liking but that is not necessarily a bad thing. However in the morning I found a little live cockroach in the bathroom. I understand this is not necessarily a sign of lack of cleanliness but throws some question marks on my initial assessment
