Pros +
- Rooms were Good , clean and tidy, but the service was bad. The staff was not of any help for us. We had really tough time at the time of checkout.
- The breakfast was awesome! Pongal, idly, sambar, and chutney. The only thing missing was the vada, but the rest was ultimate Madurai style taste. Loved it!
- Location was approachable and easy to find. Enough parking space was available. Staff were courteous and flexible to support for anything needed.

- communication gap plus very poor response from ur staff when we ring a bell
- The rooms where in bad shape. It was damp and walls had bulging, dint give a comfortable feel to stay. Facility could also install a lift for upper floors to help senior citizens.
- Paid 400 extra to Hotel,While check out there have no person at reception for giving my money back.Also no invoice recievd

Nothing. I cancelled the stay and they did not even give me my 2000 back.
Everything. No clean bathrooms, broken doors and walls panels. Stinking with alcohol and smoke smell. They wanted to cancel booking.com booking and sent a qr code to pay 2000 advance and did not repay it. Staff mainly the guy in the reception os rude and not even has the basic courtesy to speak with customers especially senior citizens and women.
