The staff behaviour

Location and excellent staff. Food was awesome

The linens and towels were dirty.

The location is a very good access to every important place, the house keeping staff obliged swiftly for changing the linens, cleaning the closet. Complementary breakfast is somehow ok.

The shower handle is broken, foul smell in the bathroom, the flush in the closet ? stuck every time. Not possible to change hot water to cold water..

Brakefast was charged due to booking vis Booking .com by the hotel , although it was said to be inclued in the price at the time of making the booking !!!!

Comfortable hotel for stay at a good location

Toilet floor is slippery and not elderly friendly.

Location fair price. Good staff.

Bathroom was poor. Unclean toilet commode and hand shower was pouring water all over.

The hotel was close to what we needed. Room was clean and staff were accommodating.

Booked a family suite with 3 beds, was instead given a twin room to share with 3 adults which was not the planned stay to share a bed. When mentioned to staff they said it was the right room. The pictures of the family suite clearly show 2 separate bedrooms and 3 beds.

Apart from location which was like 10 Km away from Munnar town and the altitude was lower, all other facilities offered was very good, the staff very good and especially the restaurant staff were very well behaved and were eager to severe us better all the time.

Toilets can be better maintained. There were insects in the toilet

Rooms were clean, staff were courteous and quick. Food was good at the Gr. Flr. Restaurant. Check in and out was quick enough

They have too many outside people lingering about due to various events they do in their different halls. They crowd the lifts and I had to wait more than 5 minutes at times to get the lift. If you go out, you may not get parking because the people attending these events etc park and we were asked to park on the road. After escalation, they arranged parking. In my view, they focus more on events than hotel guests.

It was very pleasant stay with good hospitality ,Especially Miss Nandini was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable.Delicious breakfast and friendly staff

Food was generally good, but waiters tend to serve the wrong dish! It happened twice in the two meals I hadLocation is in a crowded area

Dirty bathroom. Yellowing closet. Bathroom door is held together by nails!!! Dirty and torn bed linen. No hot water. We had to fight to get the hot water turned on. No sense of how a host should be!The shocking part was, the watchman calling and waking me up at 1155 pm, to ask me what time I want my car to be washed!!!!

Location and decor

Poor maintenance. Bathroom and toilet needs much higher level of cleanliness.

The staff were very polite and friendly except one at the reception.

The room looked very different from the photos. It was very old, and the bathroom was outdated. Rust everywhere. Even the bath towels were very old. The shower head seemed like it had mold. On top of that, the staff at the reception on the day of our check-in was very rude when we asked for another room. He was like, "No rooms available!" He didn't even feel or ask sorry. It is definitely not a 4-star or architectural hotel as they claim.

Bad

Bathroom smells like public toilet , bedsheets were like pale yellow instead of white. And additional beds they are charging half of the room rate. Luxury room looks like an ordinary room .

Friendly service

Ice in a small quantity is chargeable. TV carries no English channelsAnd the bathroom has no hand towels.

Both the rooms in our suite were quite spacious and there was hot water in the bathroom throughout. We could find all relevant channels to view the matches(football and cricket) as well as other TV shows.

When guests check-in as families, more water bottles can be provided. Also, the kettle was dirty as it looked like someone had heated milk in it before and it was not washed properly. We couldn't use the kettle to boil water.
