LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT THE ADDRESS ONLINE WAS MISLEADING AS IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THE HOTEL WAS LOCATED IN POLLACHI WHICH WAS OUR REQUIREMENT. ON ARRIVING WE FOUND THAT IT WAS ALMOST ON THE KERALA BORDER. THE ADDRESS IN THE BUSINESS CARD GIVEN TO US ON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL DID NOT MATCH THE ADDRESS GIVEN ONLINE. THIS CAUSED GRAVE INCONVENIENCE TO US AS WE HAD TO END UP PAYING TO GET A PERMIT AS THE HOTEL WAS IN THE KERALA BORDER
GIVING PROPER INFORMATION IS VERY ESSENTIAL. THE MISLEADING ADDRESS ON THE ONLINE BOOKING CAUSED CONSIDERABLE INCONVENIENCE TO US. THE ONLINE ADDRESS SAID POLLACHI WHICH WAS NOT CORRECT. THE HOTEL STAFF TOO WERE NOT IN A POSITION TO GIVE A CONVINCING ANSWER WHEN QUESTIONED BY US ABOUT THE ADDRESS. NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS FACT
An unexpected find in the middle of nowhere! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was enormous with large windows overlooking coconut trees. The bed was comfortable, the shower spacious and plenty of hot water. The restaurant provided us with gòod food at a reasonable cost for lunch and diner and there was a bar attached ( but the beer was warm ) The inclusive breakfast was adequate.
Some outside seating would be good there's plenty of space.
