Horrible Sound of utensils throwing after serving foods to adjacent rooms are unbearable. Very bad Wi-Fi signal

Rooms were neat and clean ,newly painted room ,so looks good

The sound of the door , wherever in the building the door is closed ,the sound is travelling with in the building,it disturbs the sleep,no lift .

No breakfast or tea is provided. It has to be obtained from the nearby hotel, for which hotel staff assist.

A water kettle heater can be provided. The woolen rug kept on the bed can be replaced by a normal cotton material type .

Roadside so lots of dust on cars, reception area And Not cleaned.

The hotel has no lift in it and we were give 2nd floor to stay., and each time., we have to get down and up through steps... Highly difficult..

Hotel Not clean and room interior our bachalor room apperiance, not peace ful. Im staying one day, 10 times power cut, no power back up

Overall facilities is too old. Rooms are not cleaned, bad smell all over inside rooms. Very bad customer service, staffs always looks angry to the guests even kids as well. Not worth for money. Hotel facilities not looks like their advertisement. I think if they can hire professional staffs it will be a great loction for families.

I liked the hotel and the staff. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to help me with anything I needed such as getting a taxi, etc. The receptionist who was there in the morning and afternoon, was really so kind, respectful, and amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. The water heater worked very well.

Courteous staff, comfortable stay, the air-conditioning is perfect, sound proofing is also good. Value for money

There is no lift which is surprising for a big accommodation like this with so many rooms. So if you have aged people or one who depend on lift then please avoid this.

I was not sleeping in this hotel since there were loud noices and dancing in next room by unprofessional behaviour. It was my bad experience and my money is wasted

Plenty of really hot water from water heater and good shower.Clean room with soap and shampoo. Comfortable bedEverything worked! ]1Friendly helpful polite staff.

Pillows like hard bullets - no give in them to cradle your head. No cotton top sheet - just a fleece blanket - bring your own or a silk sleeping bag. Bathroom door on the inside looked filthy and slightly disintegrating with soap/water stains from shower. Reception area shabby. No wi fi in room, just in reception.

Location and privacy of the rooms I liked the most.

As soon as entering the reception at 1st September night 8:00pm , the reception in charge before doing check in formalities started telling me make a payment first then only started writing the customer entry book, same time told me that you have to next day morning 11 o clock and I said I know about this online formalities you just give me a bill for the amount he has collected. Immediately he was giving me handwritten bill , I asked you collected amount inclusive of GST , then why are you giving me a handwritten bill ,give me a GST bill, he was hesitant and tried to convince me to get a handwritten bill, i insisted then only he was prepared and gave me the bill. This is not a professional business approach. They have to do transparent business with more focused customer base approach.

They helped with the bag as there was no lift. The hotel called to confirm and this was reassuring. They provided extra sheets and pillows.

location of the hotel was shady. The hotel has a bar attached, so the crowd that comes in and goes are primarily a drinking crowd. Also, parking was difficult, the watchman went elsewhere and finally i was requested to park in the adjacent lot.

We went for 4 days trip, I liked the location of the hotel, which is very accessible. Also the room was so comfortable and safe. Worth for money. People were so kind and warm. Mr. Krishnan, in the reception was super friendly and such a nice man who helped us structure the itinerary properly and arranged for transport also. Keep it up!

Bulshit hotel

Rooms were almost clean. Clean towels and bedsheets were provided. Check in was fast. They provided drinking water bottles.

The attitude of the front desk staff was unpleasant and impolite. Card payment was not accepted. No lift to the second floor and yet no assistance were provided to carry the luggage. Cleaning to be improved.
