It's clean, spacious, well maintained, good and polite staff; I checked in late night still the staff were helpful. Overall it was good experience with Winsor Castle. I will certainly stay if I make a visit to Salem next time

Old traditional type hotel. Food tastes are average only. Air-condition is not adequate cool. Complement breakfast only limited items. No continental type.
Amenities like swimming pool and bar were nice. Nicely done up a heritage property with modern facilities. Vintage decor gives it an old world charm.
The property with heritage feel, Staffs ,so humble and always ready to serve even at midnight,hassle free check in and Breakfast was awesome .Restaurants serves quality food that can meet any 5 start hotel like.They were so cordial,it will be less to write about the hospitality,They are the best & I liked pool side restaurant too.So big property and specious rooms with heritage look.Fantastic experience.I strogly recommend who ever visiting Salem to go for this property.IT IS UNIQUE.
Nothing to say about disliking they are just awesome and flawless in every parameter.
The facility was ok.
Food was not good. Buffet didn't have that many items and taste was terrible. The breakfast dining area was smelly. The stairs were not clean and had paan stains all over. The restaurant staff or room service were not polite. Most of the items in the menu were not available.

This hotel is a heritage site. From inside, it has a spooky Victorian vibe, which I personally found quite interesting. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom.PS: This hotel can be used as a movie set for a horror film. It's that good.
The staff was not at all cordial and looked mechanical. There was no one to guide us to our room. We struggled for a while to locate it, and the manager didn't give two hoots about it.

- No warm welcome, and they simply gave the key to the room and we had to found it out. - People are talking loudly in the corridors and we could hear in the room. - Asked for some dental kit at night, they said it will come and never came. - We asked for the breakfast timing so that we can plan our car drive journey accordingly. They said from 7 to 10am. We went at 7...they said, it is 7.30. We went at 7.45, they said 10 more minutes... We called the reception and asked if it was ready at 8, they said yes. But that was not still ready. Only few items were put.

No water bottle in the room, Room lock was not fitted properly, T.V was not working, room service and food quality has to be improved a lot.
