All good, but sofa in room was dirty. Can’t sit in restaurant and have food. Staff in kitchen were too noisy, screaming all the time.

It was a horrible experience dealing with front office staff.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They refused to provide Chair in room for working. When shown the room photo on Booking.com showing chair in room. Staff said Booking.com sitting in Lodon doesn’t know anything here we decide its hotel policy not to provide chair in the category of room you booked.

Courteous staff and very good restaurant. Food was great. Proximity to the train station.

Staff at the reception was excellent and polite . Stayed two nights with a break in between as i was travelling to Namakkal , 1st night the room was very unncomfortable , but the 2nd night the rooms were nice and plesant.

only the problem is the room service and reception guys.They do not metured persons. They don't know how to behave the people and their approaches are very worst.

My room tariff did not include Breakfast. However, in my view the tariff is slightly high considering breakfast not offered.

Only things good about the hotel/accommodation were the location and the room cleanliness.

After confirmation of the booking, I got an email asking me the pay up the amount to a particular individual through his mobile number. I complained about this to bookings.com and they confirmed that I can ignore that mail. When I reached the hotel after a tiring day, I was made to pay the room rent in advance (₹ 4256 including tax - as marked at the booking site) and then taken to the room. When we reached the floor, the room as well as the lobby on that floor was stinking of cigarette smoke --- in spite of the fact that the hotel was marked as a non-smoking area. Therefore, I asked for a change in room and was told I will have to pay up additional (₹ 1500), which I paid since I had not much of a choice. The behavior of the staff in general, was so rude that I was almost tempted to runaway from there and look for some other choice of accommodation. Since I had already made payments and getting a refund of that would have been more of a problem, I just let it go.There were two liters of drinking water kept in the room and when we asked for more water a little later, we were told that we will have to pay for anything more than those two liters per day as per their doctor's suggestion! And, the charges demanded per bottle were more than three times the MRP marked on the bottles! After some arguments, they did provide an additional bottle of water but, even the person who came to deliver the bottles kept standing there as if expecting a 'tip' for bringing those bottles!!!In summary, very bad behavior of the entire staff at every stage.

The first room given had issues with water drain and the floor and sheets wasn't clean enough. I had to change my room.

1. Very poor front office staff. I wanted a room on the higher floors. They said that it is not available in spite of the fact that I booked well in advance. And they were very rude in their response. Unless the front office is improved, the customers will not come again.2. I have taken two rooms (512 & 511) and they collected the room rents in advance. Repeatedly I asked them whether it was for two rooms. But when I was checking out, they said that I had only paid for one room. The front office person on 4/9/2023 @ 7 am confirmed that it is the mistake of the person who was at the time of checking in. It is customary that they take an advance amount and not sure how they missed out while checking in. I settled the full amount as requested.It is a clear lapse of the front office - not only are they rude, also they were casual & missed in taking an advance amount.3. The rooms were smelling bad when we checked in and we had to ask for a room freshener. The wash tub water drain was not functioning. The person who attended first on 2/9 was casual and without fixing the problem, he went back...but the one who attended on 2/9 was good.4. The restaurant has very few vegetarian options for eating.Overall the pricing is high...then the customer has every right to ask for value. Hence it gets a low rating.

I like the room size and bed

There is no plastic curtain or glass partition inbetween lavatory and bath area where the water is spilling all over no separate hand wash while using lavatory,no comb and Razer in the room.

Location and staff was good. Common area like receiption and dinning was clean and update

Rooms were not renovated, carpet had bad smell. Shower did not work, water was clogged.
