- but, they have changed my booking at last minute from family suite to a normal double room, which my arrangement be in mess, and my family was upset, and we end up paying the same amount even though we cancel one of the double room, which they replace to a family room.. it's not fair.

Hotel is good, good location. We checked in late, around 11 pm. After repeated request from all rooms, water, towels glasses etc were not given in time. The receptionist was insisting to pay a different amount. They have added tax manually.
