Hotel is clean and well maintained. Good Service. Reception is good. I will recommand to my friends

Near the city and calm

WIndows are tranparent and any one can see from out side , which is not preferred by any one.Packed water bottle available on payment and is the duty for them to provide.No boarding is a minus point.

Didn’t like anything. The property was opposite to a bar. No drinking water facility. So much money was paid with all taxes but still basic drinking water not provided.

The staff was unpleasant unfriendly. No drinking water was provided. For this charge what we paid most of the stay homes provide breakfast but here no drinking water. One litre per person per bed per day has to be provided. But here not. Not so good for the money paid.

I recently stayed at this lodge and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They lacked basic customer service skills and made me and my friends feel unwelcome. Their behavior made our stay unpleasant and uncomfortable. I trusted that the hotel would provide a friendly and hospitable environment,, but unfortunately that was not the case. I urge the management of this establishment to take action and improve their staff's customer service skills, as it greatly affects the experience of their guests.

We stay in Laila palace for 3 nights and 4 days it's very Clean,good hospitality, very friendly.....my two kids enjoyed and hotels are very near opp we have veg restaurant if we order in swiggy with in 20 mints it's reach us inside of town all place are very near from this hotel .....hotel have to consider about mosquito.....have to provide mosquito bat or plz put net to bathroom window ... No cup and saucer.... kettle for hot water.... pillows are very big it's not recommended

No water heater and conjecture place totally wastes and my recommendation is bachelor can manage family not suitable

Very old hotel

Rooms were very old and even the toilet.Towels and bed spreads were not soo great.

Rest room not up to the mark Hot water not available throughout, only limited time in the morning

Unclean. No hygiene. Bathroom windows were attached. I could smell a man smoking in the bathroom next door. Sheets were not clean. Not a place for family

Manager's behavior (vimal)

No breakfast.No room service. Liquor and smoke was allowed in other rooms and the bad smell came. Bed was causing back pain.Ac was roaring with sound. Disturbing noise.

Good spacious car parking, can park up to 10 cars.

People smoking in the room, which is disgusting. Room size is so small apprx 12*12,for dressing mirror no light is fixed.mobile charging is very far from the bed.wash basin height is more, difficult to use during brushing of teeth

The worst

The worst room ever I stayed in my life. Smelly rooms and zero privacy. Noisy fan made is lose our sleep. Bathrooms were very smelly. When complained about that the receptionist was very arguing and never acknowledged his mistake. Overall a nightmarish stay in the property. There are many other properties nearby kindly avoid this hotel.

Good location

Not very clean... There were cockroaches in the room. TV was not working. Hot water geyser wasn't working either.

The hotel has no restaurant, no complimentary breakfast

Drinking water is not provided. It has to be paid for. Tumblers are not provided. No electric kettle. The geyser works only if the reception is informed in advance. The parking lot has not been surfaced.
