Location and price

Everything else …. Unclean room , smelly bathroom, cockroaches in the room , low water pressure in the room delayed service .

The location is great and easy to find.

Misleading with pictures as I would have taken a different one if I knew this was not value for money.

The staff charged extra for bedsheet got dirty. Paid equal amount for this miscellaneous charges.

I am used to staying in this place since the GRT Days. The staff attitude and attention has gone up multi-fold and it is very pleasing. Particular mention to be made of Ms. Rose in Cinnamon dining area who took great efforts to cater to our special dietary needs.

One small grouse, we found a small cockroach in our room. Work needs to be done to upgrade rooms and get rid of all pests

They placed dry fruits packet in room n later while check out they asked us to pay separately more than it cost ….. when it was not for our use . U did Dey place … upon water bottle was hanged wid a tag complementary later they asked us to pay for that tooo… they asked us to pay more then booking later didn’t provide us complementary breakfast tooo..

Front end service , they taken time to give the room , and given key to already occupied room which was embarrassing

Breakfast spread and costly for the fare that they serve . They should have packages in Booking dot com with breakkie . Hotel placement so that no near by restaurants .

Nice Hospitality and Management services.... I enjoyed a lot....

Swimming costumes must wear or Might buy from them and it's too much cost...

The hotel staff at reception falsely claimed that we took one more person to stay at night with us, and asked for extra bed. Despite we firmly denied that’s not the case, they were making us wait and keep on asking questions like did you give the key to some of your friends or anyone else came that you don’t remember etc. rather they could have checked the Cc tv and we did not even get a invoice till date as they wanted to check and send later which never happened. There was no single apology from their end and the manager was not available when we checked out in morning Never visiting again.

Staff are polite But whole operation is mess and property needs immediate maintenance

Swimming pool was great and wort it for the price we paid … food was bit costly rest all was top notch .

Centrally located, easilly accessible from the highway, comfortable beds, nice ambience, great restaurant.

The stay was awesome, especially the food. Highly recommended for families and couples

I saw multiple big scratches and dents on my car after receiving it. My car is under service now. I noticed the dents 5 kms away from the hotel hence couldn't return back and give a complaint

The behavior of staff were not professional. And rude too.. when I asked specifically for food without garlic due to my diet, they not only didn't provide it, but asked me to try the taste of the one with garlic.

Rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner, elevator carpets were dirty.

The location is spot on the main road, easy to locate. Haven't tried the food options, hence cannot comment.

There were no hand towels in the room. When I reached, there was a function and hence I found that the handling of car parking for guests who were booked in the hotel could have been handled better.

Liked the environment of the hotel and the rooms plus view.
